ALL STAIRWAYS AND DECKS ARE LIGHTED AT NIGHT AND AUTOMATICALLY TIMER CONTROLLED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND SAFETY.

This home has over 2300 Sq. Ft. - so it is not the typical small floor plan that is very common with homes around the lake. The lower level living room also has a GREAT SIT-DOWN WET BAR. PERFECT "BIG COVE" LOCATION on the water at the 28 mile marker - you can go to Party Cove, State Park, or boat in other direction to the quiet waters of the Upper Osage or Ha Ha Tonka. This home is NOT located on the main channel where your boat will be rocked and damaged. We are told by our guests........... THAT THE LOCATION JUST DOSEN'T GET ANY BETTER - BOTH BY LAND & WATER!!!
The LARGE PRIVATE DOCK features a swim platform, two ladders, jet-ski lift, and a HUGE 12 by 32 BOAT SLIP to accommodate just about any size boat that you would trailer - OR THE LONG SLIP COULD ACOMMODATE 2 SMALLER BOATS. We have installed 2 large Crappie fishing beds..and based on the season... some BIG FISH HAVE BEEN CAUGHT!!

The home is very close to Big Surf Water Park so you don't have to fight traffic to drop off or pick up your children. Big Surf Water Park provides a close vacation fun spot for the kids...which allows the grown-up a DAY TO PLAY TOO!! Spring Rates(3/1 to 5/23)..$200/night..or $1200/week-(INCLUDES 1 FREE NIGHT)!!!
Summer Rates(5/23 to 9/5)..$1950 by the week only -(INCLUDES 1 FREE NIGHT)!!!
Fall Rates(9/5 to 11/15)..$200/night..$1200/week(INCLUDES 1 FREE NIGHT)!!!
During Summer/Peak Season we only lease in "FULL WEEK" intervals.
In Spring or Fall we have a 3 night minimum.
$100 Cleaning fee on all booking less than a full week.
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
We are a member of the Tri-County Business District (8.475% TAX REQ.).

From Home's Guest Book - Well...our girls had a great time at your lake house. I have to say that staying 7 days was so nice, but it is always sad to leave and it never seems long enough. We were able to boat more this year and get more familiar with the lake... it is SO BIG! We ate at Topsider one day and that was nice. Each year seem to be better. I definately see this as our "YEARLY FAMILY VACATION SPOT." I will e-mail you with the dates for next year as soon as we get back. Maybe next year we will stay even longer...the longer the better. There is nothing like vacationing "ON THE WATER" IN A GREAT LAKE HOUSE. As always, your home accomodated our familys just fine. The Jones and Ramsey's

From Home's Guest Book - WOW!! Well this being my first trip to Lake of the Ozarks, I was more than pleasantly surprised. This place and your beautiful home on the sleepy cove surpassed all of our expectations. Our friend rented your house for the week and while we could only come for the weekend, we managed to squeeze the best parts into our trip in the first couple of days. On the mornings when we ate breakfast our on the deck, we were visited by Orioles, Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers and Cardinals. And of course at times we could hear our peacock friends calling out in the backround. After full days of swimming, sunning, and wakeboarding we were greeted by some of the most glorious rain storms I have seen. They would roll in and just drop buckets of rain straight down the trees like a tropical rain forest. No worries with the rain since we had the perfect spot to enjoy watching the storms - from the vantage point of your great top tier deck. We sat under the fan with wine and cheese and just listened to the rain! FABULOUS!! Thank you for sharing such a perfect vacation spot. It has been a long time since we've experienced such a beautiful location here in the MidWest. We will definately plan a trip back to this exact spot. Best Wishes.
