The main master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a pair of twin beds in each with a jack and jill bathroom in between.
Comfortably Furnished, the kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Complete with linens and towels, there is also a full capacity washer and dryer available for your usage.
The home is also equipped with free unlimited local and national long distance, including Canada as well as wireless high speed internet.
There is a TV, DVD Player and Stereo System w/CD Player in the living room as well as a TV in all the bedrooms.

Sunset Lakes is a family-oriented community with two lakes, a community pool and playground for the kids. The well-planned neighborhood makes evening strolls a delight. This home is close to all of the attractions, but at the same time far enough away to be away from the noise and traffic of the main roads. For the avid golfer and there are many golf courses to choose from, you will not be able to play them all in one visit.
There is also a tremendous selection of great restaurants and shopping areas close by too.

Hi and thank you for considering us for your rental needs. After years of traveling to Florida and taking our daughters to Disney, we moved here permanently over 9 years ago. At the time, our rental home was being cared for by a large management company. After a few months, we found that our property was not being taken care of as well as it should have been and therefore decided to begin caring and renting our home ourselves. Our family just returned from a week staying at this wonderful home! It was an excellent location for visiting the Disney parks and there is easy access to grocery stores and eating establishments. The house was very comfortable for our family of seven and met all of our needs. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Disney theme parks.

We stayed March 26th, 2011 until April 2nd, 2011. This place was awesome. I would love to stay again and definately enjoyed our visit. We found it convenient and just as advertised. I rate this very highly and would recommend to anyone. This beats staying in any hotel, was very large and confortable. We had friends visit and with 4 adults, and 5 kids their was still plenty of room.

Everything was just lovely and wonderful! We so enjoyed our stay. Every day we would comment on how nice it was to come back to our "Mickey Mouse House" after a long, eventful, crowded day at the parks. The home allowed our kids space to play and relax! We loved the big bath tub after a long day. Thanks for everything!

I have stayed at three different homes in the Sunset Lakes community and your home was by far the cleanest one. None of the homes have ever been dirty so it was amazing how impressed we were with the cleanliness of your home. You set a new standard. Also, your house was the "homiest" of all the villas we've rented. It really felt lived in but only in a positive way, without seeming old or worn out. The decor was beautiful and it was clear that you love your home and wanted us to love it as well. Thank you so much for sharing such a great place with us!

What a great house!!! The place was spotless upon our arrival and felt so much like home away from home. My Grand Children especially loved their rooms (pictures, phone and bed covering) and the pool. I just can’t say enough positives about our vacation and your home contributed greatly to the overall experience including it’s proximity (10 minutes) to Disney. Be assured that I’ll try renting it again in 2012.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was so cozy and roomy for our 2 families that stayed here on our first visit to Florida. I would highly recommend this home to anyone it was so peaceful to come home to after a busy day and just relax around the pool. It was close to everything we needed and to the attractions we went to.
