YES IT'S TRUE! we have a brand new raised beach house with a PRIVATE JACUZZI HOT TUB for our guest to use. The jacuzzi is located on a huge deck with a covered porch. There is also a 25 inch TV on the deck for you to enjoy while in the jacuzzi or sitting on deck. This Beach house also comes with FREE GOLF CART use for our guest to enjoy.
Our beach house has a 32 inch TV in living area, 27 inch TV's in the bedrooms. There is plenty of outside deck furniture and a grill to use. This beach house is superior in every way.
Ocean Lakes includes activities for all ages: arcade, sand volleyball courts, beach front basketball courts, one mile of beach front with life guards in peak season, Sunday Church Service, concerts, bingo, water aerobics, shuffleboard, miniature golf, OLYMPIC SIZE OUTDOOR POOL, LARGE HEATED INDOOR POOL, THREE BABY POOLS, KIDS SPLASH ZONE, recreational building, general store and three snack bars.

The house is very nice and clean! We are used to staying on the ocean so we were a little concerned about the location of the house being near the entrance to OL but thought we could live with it this time to save some money since properties are usually a little less expensive the farther back you go. NO WORRIES! This house is so conveniently located and INCLUDED A GOLF CART so that we jumped in the cart with our stuff, turned left at the stop sign and went straight to the water! It was such a pleasant experience for my kids ages 11 & 3. Wish we were there now! The beds were very comfortable with spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room to park and not feel like the houses were closing in on you. The hot tub was AWESOME - clean and hot with strong jets to relax your muscles at the end of the day! We enjoyed the spacious deck and swing - we cooked out on the grill and ate outside - the place was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed all the amenities of OL including the Bingo where my son won a T-shirt. The little meet and eat at the Sandy mart sells the best hand dipped ice cream! Great value on the 2 scoops in the waffle cone deal - we must have gained at least a pound just on the ice cream!! The incoor and outdoor pools are awesome for all ages! The nature center was a big hit with my kids - Mr Leonard, the curator, has the best stories to tell about the collections he has there! The beaches were not crowded and the water was devine! Fishing off the pier nearby was fun but fruitless. The Cap'n Rod shelling & plantation tours over in Georgetown (30 -40 mins away) were interesting and fun! (See Mr. Leonard for the brochure.) Having a washer/dryer in the house is great because you don't have to pack nearly as much. My family had so much fun, the TV was never turned on the entire week! A big thank you to Mr. Ronnie and his family for letting us stay in your home at Ocean Lakes - IT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
