My family rented this beautiful home and it couldnt have been nicer.kitchen was very well appointed and fun to cook in. So fun to watch the boats on the intercoastal. Even saw a dolphin swim past. We looked for years for just the right place for our family to someday live here. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood with facinating water views especially from the hot tub. Two story windows offer spectacular views. 1st fl master is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms for absolute privacy. Close to Lauderdale by the Sea for beach activities and fun restaurants. Airport is less than 20 mins away, shopping very close by. Avoid traffic taking Bayview just a few blocks away. The Landings has every lot on water so homes are always well maintained.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Waterside you are able to watch the mega yachts sail right by your back yard. Covered lanai keeps you dry during Fl showers. Watch the manatees swim by. Very large kitchen has every amenity for entertaining. Separate library for conducting any private business away from family noises. Beautiful decor thruout the home.
