Cottage 21 is the perfect choice for a luxury vacation at The Beach Club. This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath home has distinctive designer and architectural details throughout.
The master bedroom on the main level is really a “serenity suite” featuring Tommy Bahama furnishings and island inspired touches. The spacious master bath with the Jacuzzi tub and travertine tile offers a calming oasis.
Also on the main level is a bright guest bedroom with a twin bed and trundle. The carefully crafted stairs lead up to two more guest bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated in rich corals and the other has twin beds in a nautical theme.
Warm tones of yellow and red punctuate the living room that offers a queen sleeper sofa and a picturesque view of the garden bridge crossing the natural wetland. Off the dining room, you can enjoy the outdoor living space surrounded by lush tropical greenery. After spending a day on the sugar white beach, you can retreat to your hammock in the shaded garden, watch turtles, or sit on the lanai and fire up the grill.

This charming cottage/house was perfect for a two families with kids. We loved the Beach Club pools, restaurants, gourmet grocery. Husbands enjoyed golf at both Kiva Dunes (one mike) and Peninsula Golf Club (7 miles). Girls enjoyed a spa visit at Beach Club. Terrific kitchen for the adults who all enjoy cooking and grilling on the great Weber grill on the nice patio. Well landscaped. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

Charming "cottage" (really a house), well appointed and mantained. Owner was great to work with and communication was easy and timely. Consider this an option for easier in and out versus a condo. Looking forward to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
