  Amazingly clean comfortable home 2 blocks from E 202...Quiet family neigborhood. Home furnished with everything a visitor would need. Lovely bed linens, Leather Living room furniture. Nice dinnerware, Patio furniture...Can't say enough nice about it! Our stay was very comfortable. Our two dogs were welcome and that was great!

  This was our first VRBO rental. This house far exceeded our expectations. It was way more than we had imagined. This property was very accurately described and super clean! Deposit was much more affordable than other houses I looked at as well! There was a small park across the street the kids played at. Location was excellent! Joe was awesome to work with. We had a small issue on the day before we were to leave, Joe quickly resolved this over the phone! Having laundry facilities was a huge plus! How often can a person return from vacation with clean laundry? I will tell anyone I know that is planning to visit this area about this home! Our family will look at this house first the next time we visit this area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our first experience with VRBO was great, I will look here the next time our family takes a vacation.

  We found this home to be the most nicely decorated and comfortable property we have rented. It was also spotlessly clean. Mountains to the north and east are only a few minutes drive. A large, open grassy area only two blocks away makes this a great place for a dog. Very quiet. Nice neighbors. Ann and Joe great hosts.

  Joe and Ann thought of everything - everything we needed was already in the house. House was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping, sites to visit, and golf.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I stayed at this house for three months. Everything was clean and working when I arrived. The owners have a notebook on the premises, which has all the information needed to enjoy the house and the Phoenix area. Although I lost the keys at the end of my stay, the owners were very relaxed about the situation and helped me get a new set. They were always available and willing to fix anything that went wrong with the property, but nothing did. Overall, everything was as advertised or better. I hope to return next year.

  This was the perfect rental accommodation for our recent vacation. The house was located near the 202 freeway which made getting around, Mesa, Phoenix, and the other surrounding communities a breeze. The house was fully equipped and very comfortable. Joe was so nice and helpful which made renting the house such an easy process. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

  Our vacation was made so much nicer by staying in this home. Plenty of space/room for a family with kids and pets. Cozy backyard with a covered patio. The house stayed cool and comfortable during the day's high heat. There is a community park with a playground right across the street. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. This rental will stay at the top of my list!

  This is a perfect vacation house...a true "home away from home". Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, the house provided everything we needed. Very well-equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated and comfortable...we enjoyed the week we spent here. We look forward to spending more time at this special house on our next trip to Mesa.

  This home just has that feeling of "being at home", very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Located in an area that makes it very easy to get around town, even if you're not familiar with the area. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in the area.
