You will then catch a view of the extraordinary views that you will enjoy during your stay and your mesmerized with the aqua blues of the ocean. The waves flowing through the black lava rocks, sand rushing with the waves and the fact your standing in one of the most beautiful spots in the world is truly breath taking and then you walk across the manicured lawn take 4 steps down to the sand and your vacation has just started.

The cottage is on the ocean surrounded by a beautiful Manicured lawn with gorgeous rock gardens and steps from the beach that is truly relaxing to the soul.
Enjoy the small beach area in front of the property, it is very private and that is because the access out to the ocean is limited, with that people just don't wonder into your area. Your very close to a large sandy beach which is only a 1 min walk to Laniakea Beach. Laniakea Beach (Lani's) famous for surfing and green sea turtles.
These green sea turtles (honu) at Laniakea come close into to shore to feed on the seaweed growing on the rocks.. Your also about a 2 min walk to the famous Chun's surfing beach another sandy beach.
This home is located on a private street with a gated entrance that open to your dream vacation with parking for two vehicles. You have easy access to Kamehameha Highway also makes travel to Pearl Harbor, Aloha Stadium, and Waikiki a breeze.

You have terrific views of the beautiful gardens and ocean views from your dining room and lanai .The beach in front of the house is small with beautiful lava rock and in high surf we have wave pools.
This home is very clean and decorated with comfortable, island style furnishings with plenty of room to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Your steps away from the ocean, a spacious screened in lanai overlooks the gardens and ocean.
You will enjoy the roomy living space with a large Flat screen TV and plenty of seating and adjacent to your dining area and kitchen. You have a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and blender, Pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes.
The 2 bedrooms in the home: We have 2 bedrooms with a Queen size bed in one and Twin bed or can convert into a King in the other each has its own full bathroom. We provide linens and towels and beach towels, beach chairs that can accommodate four guests very comfortably.
We also have -Broad band Internet and Wi-Fi so you can share the photos of the sea turtles, surf and family with friends and relatives.
During the spring and summer months the snorkeling and diving are immaculate the water is crystal clear . There are tide pools to discover during the winter months when the large waves come in. From February to April, watch Humpback whales and their calves as they migrate through the Pacific.
Relax... we are in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the charming Haleiwa Town, it is only 1.5 miles away and has a vast amount of small-shops, lots of restaurants, a marine (in case you would like to go deep sea fishing or a shark tour) SCUBA diving is also a major attraction on the north shore with both boat and shore dives available. We are located only 3 miles from Waimea Falls, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, so be sure to enjoy the surf at various spots and hiking at Waimea Valley and visiting the falls is an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at the beach front house in February 2013. Two couples just the right size. Location 5 plus stars house 4.5. Ok so we are not normal renters we cooked 8 out of 10 days. We could have used a few more pots and pans in the kitchen. Bring your binoculars you can watch the whales and surfers from the lanai. Plenty of space to spread out but every morning we were having breakfast on the Lanai. It’s great that the Lania is enclosed and really does not block from the view. Each bedroom and bathroom is on opposite sides of the house with the kitchen and living room in the middle. It’s true there are two houses at this location; they have done an excellent job in separating 2 drive ways 2 beach access. We will be back…… I just need to find a job that gives me more PTO days.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at the beachfront cottage. The owners have done a very nice job creating separation and privacy between the cottage and the larger house behind. With separate driveways and privacy screens, we never even saw the people staying in the house! The cottage was secure, with a security-coded gated driveway. The pictures are accurate -- just steps from the beach. It was a joy to wake up each morning and watch the surfers. Also, it is literally a one-minute walk to the beach with the turtles -- we walked to see them most days. The internet worked fine. Some previous comments mentioned the cottage was hot. We did close all the windows when we left for the day so it was often stuffy when we returned. But once we opened up the windows and turned on the fans, it was comfortable within a few minutes. We really did not wish for air conditioning. The owner was very easy to work with regarding reservations and payments. Response was quick when we had a minor issue (no garbage can outside -- apparently the people renting the house had brought it in after trash day, onto their driveway). I also appreciated the thoughtful "extras". The beach chairs are great! There was a cooler we could use to take drinks to the beach! Sand toys available for the kids! Extra sheets & towels! We enjoyed eating meals on both the Lanai and in the dining room. Plenty of space to spread out. I think this property was described as "cozy", but we found it to be plenty spacious for us with our two teenage kids. It was a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I love this place!! This house is perfectly located right on the ocean front and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening and had so much fun at the beach that is right next to the house each day. Turtles swim right onto the beach and rocks right in front of the house, so the family got to enjoy the wild life as well! This house is clean and affordable. I cant wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I've been to Hawaii many times, and this is by far one of my favorite places to stay. It's on the North Shore right outside Haleiwa, and just the atmosphere of the town is amazing. There's great restaurants in town and lot's of good shopping too. The house is in great shape and very comfortable. It's safe and convenient too. This house has incredible views right out into the ocean, with great big windows to make sure you don't miss those Hawaii sunsets. If you're thinking of staying on the northshore, I wouldn't pass up a chance to stay here. Plus, you're right next to what my family calls "Turtle Beach' where you'll almost always find turtles sunbathing (we've even seen monk seals here before). Turtles even come up in the rocks behind the house sometimes too.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the perfect vacation spot! Often times Oahu gets a bad rap because it's too crowded, but that's just because the people who are saying that never leave Honolulu. This Cottage is located right on the North Shore where Hawaiian life comes to a reality. Located on one of the world premier surfing locations you are bound to get a taste of the island life. Just a 5 minute drive from the quaint town of Haleiwa. Located right on the beach where you can watch surfers from your house. Very clean place to stay, simple in it's accommodations - the perfect resting place in between beach time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a wonderful place to absolutely relax. My wife and I along with another couple enjoyed our stay so much. What a great private private setting that is close to everything the Northshore has to offer. Sitting in the living room and watching the ocean was fantastic. It felt as though we had our own private beach right behind the house. Turtles on the rocks where fantastic. It was so nice to be able to walk on the miles of beautiful sand beaches each morning. The garden around the house was spectacular. The house was so comfortable and just perfect for this setting. The time just went by way to quickly, we can't wait to go again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I have never enjoyed myself more on a vacation! And this beachfront cottage made it so! I wake up in the morning to the sound of waves, have breakfast on the covered porch patio, play at the two beaches just a short walk. Make lunch in the fully usable kitchen which saves money, play at the beaches again, go see the turtles on "turtle beach" go to dinner in the quaint little dream town of Haliewa (I love Opal's Thai!) Watch the sunset on our OWN beach! And play games, and watch movies in the large living room.This place is heaven! My family talks all the time about how amazing our vacation was here, PERFECT! Thank you beachfront cottage! We are for sure coming back here for our next Hawaiian adventure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just wanted to say thanks so much, we loved our stay at the cottage it is etched in our mind forever, the first thing we noticed was the astounding views from just about every part of the cottage. We sat outside in the beautiful yard watching the sunset every night, spent time at the beach (really Private) spent allot of time in the screened in lanai having meals and spending quality time and at the same time having spectacular views. This cozy cottage makes you get in a really relaxing mode and you never want to leave, except to go to the beach and you have so many choices. Go out front of the cottage and relax and sun or go to the turtle beach literally a 1 min walk maybe 50 yards the most, truly something we will never forget we were able to swim with the Turtles and enjoy the beach. The kids really like that your place because is so close to Haleiwa for restaurants, shopping (next time were going to rent bikes) even though we cooked most evenings meals in because that was a goal we had for (more family time) and it was quite easy with the well stocked kitchen and then viewing the ocean while we prepared food made it quite nice too. I tell you having two nice size bedrooms with bathrooms made life very comfortable for a family of four and my wife enjoyed having the living room with a view and the lanai attached and the convenience of Wi-FI. You thought of everything and again thanks so much for such a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Laniakea Beach is a well known surfing spot on Oahu's North Shore. The beach offers great sand and an opportunity to relax. So, bring our swim wear and snorkel gear to enjoy a t day at the beach. But the best thing about Laniakea Beach is the green sea turtles. These green sea turtles (honu) at Laniakea come close into to shore to feed on the seaweed growing on the rocks.

Chuns Reef, great little beach. You can't really see much of the beach from the road as there's only a tiny opening between the crush of houses lining the Kam Highway from Haleiwa to Sunset Beach this reef is a great spot for checking out surfers, body boarder and throughout the year.
