Rebel Roost is a traditional, 1980s, beach house that is one tier/lot distance from the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf views are excellent in this local, non-resort style community... and a 60-yard walk to the beach. A screened-in porch, a deck that wraps around three-fourths of the house, and a small observation deck are other features that add to the peace and charm. New living/dining room furniture. There is a lot of space around the perimeter of the area, as there are open lots that have not been built on yet... so the privacy levels are high.
It has 1 queen bed, 2 doubles, and a sleeper sofa upstairs, and 2 singles and a separate living area downstairs. Great for kids to hangout and better for parents for greater relaxation purposes. 3 tvs with cable, 2 vcrs and a dvd player, as well as a stereo and jam box.
