  My husband and I loved staying in this CONDO not to mention the great rates.and location.We had everything we needed and was able to walk to Kenny Ds... which we loved. The property was very clean and I would recommend this to family and friends. Great access to private beach area!

  We really enjoyed our stay here and this condo was such a great deal! It was cozy and homey and and much better and easier than a hotel. The location of this condo is just perfect for us - close to the beach and to the main shopping areas and attractions. The beach was gorgeous and so close and private. We went in the spring when the weather wasn't too hot and so got to enjoy the heated pool. It was almost "hot" and a great end to the nights. Thanks Sue, we'll definitely be back!

  My family has spent several years at Gulfview and we love the location and amenities. This was our first time in this condo and it was comfortable, clean, and everything we needed/wanted for our vacation. Loved looking out at ocean every morning from the balcony. The beach and ocean are so beautiful you are only steps away! This is a perfect place for families, couples, or a friends get away. The owner Sue is fabulous to work with and we are so thankful we had the opportunity to return to Destin. We look forward to many return trips to Gulfview and this condo.

  Returned home from another great week in Destin (25 years!) and a first visit to Gulfview. Sue was very easy to work with and the condo was exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for the few nights we actually cooked! The view from the balcony provided a nice view of the gulf, and the walk to the beach was super easy. Both of the pools were crystal clean and never crowded. Kenny D's is 2 condos to the west and Pompano Joes just a short walk to the east. We did have 2 days of rain but no problem - we just ate and drank our way from Seaside to AJ's! Harborwalk was great (another first) and of course we always love Dewey Destins by the bridge. We even went to the Donut Hole for old-times sake and had 2 outstanding burgers, key lime pie, and picked up donuts for the long ride home.Needless to say we both gained 5 pounds!! The beach was fantastic as always and I even found several shells. Can't wait to come back next year!

  We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit was very clean and up to date. The short walk to the beach made it very easy carrying all of our beach toys and tents. My children loved the bunk beds. I have been to this section of the beach several times and for the price, this is the place to stay. The owner was easy to work with. I will definitely come back. Only negative, unit was on the third floor and there was no elevator.

  Great time at this well-maintained condo. Hope to come back again soon. Beds are SO comfortable and the kitchen contains everything needed for a great stay. The owner is very accommodating and the rate is extremely reasonable. Don't hesitate a moment to rent this charming place!

• We Miss Destin

  We had a great week. This is the 10th time we have visited Destin. It was just us this time. Our five kids are on their own now and we only needed a one bedroom condo. We keep coming back to Destin because we love the soft, white sand beach, the beautiful water of the Gulf and the gentle (and sometimes not so gentle breezes). We usually started our day taking a walk on the beach, watching the pelicans and dolphins and having some great conversations with other couples. We would then relax on the beach and enjoy the beautiful weather the rest of the day. The condo was perfect for fixing breakfast, lunch or an afternoon frozen Pina Colada or Margarita to take back to the beach. There are so many good restaurants and we concentrated on dinner when we went out to eat. We prefer the laid back pace of Scenic 98 where this condo is located in the Mirimar Beach area and we enjoyed some of the nearby restaurants like Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's and Crab Trap but also had drinks on the deck at A.J.s that overlooks the harbor and had meals at the Back Porch, Dewey Destin's Harborside and McGuire's. We ate outside whenever possible so we could watch the sunset.Harborwalk Village also is a great place to stroll when the sun is going down. The condo had everything we needed and was a great value. We are beach people but a lot of people seemed to enjoy the two pools and hot tub. The grounds were well maintained and Sue was great to work with. Looking forward to our next visit.
