I absolutely loved this studio apartment!! My husband and I were here on our honeymoon and could not have picked a more romantic and relaxing view! From the moment we were looking for a rental until arriving back to the mainland eric was a true gentleman and very helpful! I miss the sound of the ocean and the coqui frogs already!! Thank you so much for an amazing week!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is very nice inside, and Eric thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Dishes, silverware, cookware...he even has beach chairs and a cooler! The large sliders that open up to a great view of the beach. The location is convenient, right off the highway and about 15 minutes from the airport. There is a Walgreen's a block away and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Old San Juan is about a 15 minute ride.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The location description of the property was accurate and it was within a short walking distance of many area restaurants. The view, smell and sound of the ocean was spectacular and the beach itself was great- free of rocks in the water as you walk out in the surf. The photos accurately portrayed the property which was well cleaned and maintained. The owner answered any questions. Old San Juan and El Morro were a short drive away. I would recommend this property to any vacationer and would visit it again myself.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I go to the island very often to visit family and friends from grade school, and have stayed at various hotels and vacation rentals. Mr. Brahm's vacation rental was nothing short of perfect. The reservation process was wonderfully smooth! Eric not only was perfectly responsive and available at any time to answer questions, but he went above and beyond to make sure that all was ready for my stay before I arrived, including my own parking spot! In addition to mailing me the keys, he even included in the package the latest copies of the Que Pasa! tourist magazine and other brochures in case I wanted to know what to do! And when checking out, the process could not have been more simple! I merely left the keys, and then the next day had the PayPal deposit returned right to my account! So easy! It's that attention to detail which is also evident in all parts of the apartment. The place was spotless, and whenever I thought to myself "I wish I had a...", he had it supplied. Everything ranging from the simple iron and ironing board, to beach chairs, extra towels, toiletries, sunblock, etc... Add to this the clearly evident fact that the place is beautiful and right on the beach, the apartment itself is clearly perfect. The location, similarly, unbeatable - there really are few other apartments that can boast being such a tranquil and relaxing oceanfront oasis nestled on the waters edge in the middle of the bustling Condado neighborhood, which incidentally is one of the best pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in Puerto Rico with tons of stores and a vibrant nightlife. Clearly put: I'm a tough customer and know the area well. You'd be hard pressed to find any place more perfect than this.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Walking into the room with the ocean as the backdrop was so inviting, I immediately sighed, "AAAHHHH". Everything was as described and more. The sound of the sea in the room was comforting and relaxing, and the room itself was superb. Nothing was wanting. Clean, neat, welcoming, even the most comfy bed and pillows! Well stocked cooking supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even a a flashlight, batteries, and scissors! The location couldn't have been better for what we needed, which was to relax. Restaurants, Marriot organized tours, and Walgreens were less than a walk of 3 minutes away. Two steps to the sandy beach and a taxi service outside the gated entrance door...............perfection on all levels. We did not need a thing. We got to meet Eric and his gentle energy complemented our tranquility. The friendliness of people was everywhere. Security was abundant. Cafe de Angels was our favorite Puerto Rican Restaurant. No one could have a bad stay at Eric's place.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent most of this past week at Eric's condo. It is fully equipped, spotless, comfortable and absolutely beautifully decorated. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is a studio with all the amenities of home. The full wall of windows overlooking the ocean was stunningly breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils as was the bathroom including shampoos, conditioners, lotions, shower cap and so much more! Much attention to detail has been put into this condo and every kind of beach gear was provided, including chairs, towels, a cooler, boogie boards, and even sunscreen. The outside of the building looks a bit decrepid and somewhat frightening due to what appears to be severe storm damage and is in the process of being renovated. The inside of the condo, however, is newly-renovated. It's a good size for 2 people and has lots of great space saving elements that make it feel quite comfortable. The surf sounds are constant and it was so relaxing going to bed listening to the ocean and awakening to the same. All entrances to the property are locked and require key entry. This gave us a good sense of security. Eric was very prompt in answering all of my questions and sent me a package of useful information ahead of time and had even more info waiting in the room when we arrived. When I hit a wrong button on the TV, Eric was there for us. When I had a hard time with the sliders to the balcony, Eric was also there taking care of that as well. I can sometimes be a bit high maintenance, but Eric was a wealth of information and made our stay all the better just by knowing he was nearby in another unit. The location is excellent, right next door to the beautiful Marriott, and around the corner to great nightlife, restaurants and shopping, taxis right outside the door, and the 75 cents bus just steps away down the street. If you are looking for accommodations in the Condado area, do not hesitate to book; you will be very happy with this. Thanks Eric! We stayed 6 nights. Since this was our 5th trip to Condado we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. The condo is perfectly located; near a variety of restaurants, on the beach and conveniently near bus service to Old San Juan. The unit was very well stocked with supplies and extremely clean. We expected soap but also were provided with enough bath towels to last a week, beach towels, beach chairs, sun screen and insect spray. There was really nothing we wanted that we didn’t find already in the condo. We also used the clothes washer and dryer which are on the first level and easy to use. Having a hotel next door meant that taxi service back to airport was easy and that we could use their computer to obtain our boarding passes. Eric provided us with helpful tips and advice. I was quite impressed with the professional, prompt and courteous manner with which Eric conducted himself.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I wanted to commend Eric and the Stella Maris condo for an excellent week. The photos were completely acurate, attractive, very clean and well appointed. Right on the beach. He thought of everything, beach chairs, complete kitchen, nice towels, comfortable king size bed and even umbrellas, which we did not need. The weather was superb. It was an excellent choice. We felt right at home and close proximity to restaurants as well as things to do. The Condado Beach is a geat location and I would diffently stay there again, or any property he might own.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The perfect accommodations and location for a relaxing vacation! Having a wall of windows filled with the sights and sounds of the ocean was the best part of our stay. Anytime of the day, the view was wonderful. It was also nice being in a spotless unit that was recently renovated. The unit is so well supplied that we even found a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator and screen cleaner next the television. It made us feel that our comfort was important to the owner. Along with the unit, we loved the location. It was a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and there was a taxi stand right across the street for our return trip. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Walgreens, restaurants, Stella Maris Church, and a park. Thank you Eric for sharing your vacation retreat and for all the help you gave us in planning our trip.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our second time to stay at Stella Maris, renting from Eric. He has two units in which to choose. Both of them are ideal. We truly don't believe there is a better place to rent for convenience, money, LOCATION, and ease of rentability. The first time renting, I was leary sending a deposit to someone I knew nothing about. We soon found out that Eric was very dependable and makes the whole experience a pleasant one. This time was certainly the same. Condado is a fantastic place in which to stay while in Puerto Rico. There are at least 25 restaurants mingled in with hotels, stores and homes. My husband and I love to walk around the neighborhoods. There are also many excursions that can be booked by going to the Marriott, next door. These are well worth the time and money. All I can say, is that I wish we were there now, and can't wait to come back next year! Thank you Eric, for allowing us to vacation at your condo right on the beach!!.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent a week in Eric’s condo; the condo is fully equipped, spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the bed; I slept just like home; it normally takes me a few days to get used to the bed in a hotel room, but I slept very soundly from day 1. The location is excellent, right adjacent to Marriott hotel, and a few steps to shopping, nightlife and excellent restaurants. Eric was very prompt in answering all of our questions, and an overall excellent host. From the initial reservation to the last day, it was very smooth and easy transaction. The best part of the condo is going to bed listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean, and awakening to the same and beautiful, expansive view. It beats a hotel room, and it is a great value. If you are looking for accommodations in the Condado area, do not hesitate to book; you will be very happy with your selection. We’ll definitely be returning. We could tell from the photos that this condo was going to be perfect for a return trip to PR this fall. Eric did not disappoint! He has thought of everything when creating his hip & comfy beachfront condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch & dinner. He also had nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, complete with a built in cooler pocket to keep our beverages cold. The boogie boards, large towels and hard sided cooler was a plus as well. The condo complex was very secure and had easy beach access and was close to lots of yummy restaurants (our fav was Tijuanas which had strong margaritas, good food and a live mariachi band). We stopped in at the Marriot (right next door) each night to see live music on our way back to the condo. The ocean breezes kept the condo very comfortable during the day and the A/C kept it nice for sleeping. It was fun to sit on the patio and watch the beach activity and beautiful water below. Old San Juan is a short cab ride, so we spent lots of time exploring this historic area. There are so many great restaurants, museums and shops to check out. El Morro fort is very interesting and Punto de Vista (right at the Ferry Dock) is a very good restaurant serving Puerto Rican cuisine. We can't wait to return and will be staying at Eric's place without question. Eric and his condo unit 7C both exceeded our expectations. Eric is a super friendly, customer-oriented individual. Marion, the housekeeper and Horjage, the maintenance man were also very hospitable people to deal with. My wife and I had the privilege of staying in unit 7C facing the tropical aqua green sea at Condado Beach. The unit is tastefully decorated, well-appointed with supplies and offers breathtaking views and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. My only fear is that once guests realize the tremendous value of this condo rental has to offer, the demand will increase and there will be less availability and/or the cost will rise. We have travelled to many destinations around the globe and Eric's condo and Puerto Rico rank extremely high for comfort, service, value and beauty. This place was more than we could ever of dreamed of. We both loved standing on the lanai and looking at the ocean and just watching people enjoying themselves at the beach. It was within walking distance of several excellant restaurants. Also everyone's favorite place Walgreens was there when you needed something you forgot or items to cook. We especially enjoyed the kayaking tour of the Bio Bay. We did rent a car for one day to go through the Rain Forest and stopped by the kiosk's along highway three, to have dinner. Over 60 to choose from! Number two was very good and highly reccommend. Eric you were an outstanding host and we look forward to our return next year. We had an excellent stay at Eric's condo. The condo looked exactly as it did in the photos and the description of the condo and the Condado Beach area were exactly as advertised. The beachfront view was incredible and the accomodations were lovely and well-kept, the bed was very comfortable, and Eric provided us with beach chairs and boogie boards and lots of area information to make our stay even more fun. The Condado Beach area is definitely one of the nicest parts of San Juan with lots of fun bistros and shops, great beaches and casinos and clubs for entertainment. Convenient to Old San Juan as well where we spent a lovely day touring. We did an overnight trip to Vieques Island which I would highly recommend (great snorkeling and kayaking and very laidback and relaxed experience), a trip to Ponce (fun and lots of delicious food), hiked in El Rincon (the waterfall hike is well worth it).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I decided to rent a Condo instead of the traditional hotel room since we were staying for two weeks. My husband and others were somewhat leery about renting from a private owner over the internet. I am so glad I decided not to listen to them. Eric is the best! He is very prompt in his responses and he supplied valuable tourist information both before and during our trip. The Secuirty deposit was quickly returned. An email was sent to let us know that he had put the deposit in the mail and to thank us for renting with him. He has thought of everything that you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The location can't be beat. The Condo is right on the beach, grocery store is about a 15 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride , Walgreens a block away, airport is about a 15 minute taxi ride, taxi stand right outside the gate, all the restaurants you would every need within walking distance, DVD player, free WiFi and the Condo is totally secure. We felt very safe in the area and had no fear walking the streets at night. We rented a car for 8 of those days and I wish I had rented for only half of that time. My partner & I wanted to travel to Puerto Rico for a vacation and read about this condo right on the beach and decided to stay here. Well, you couldn't go wrong with the location, which is literally right on the beach in the Condado area. We thought the condo had everything you need for a great beach experience and also for going out since the owner provides 2 boogie boards, beach towels and a cooler for the beach. The full sized fridge was helpful since the cost of food in PR is expensive. Walgreens is one block up so you can purchase food from there, which we did. There is also a small bar steps away from the gate of the condo bldg ( you can't hear the music from the bar in your room, just in case that would be a problem), so we would go have a beer or cocktail after a long day out at the beach or from walking to many of the Casinos in the area. We had a great time and the condo is in a very safe area and you have a secured gate so you can feel relaxed while watching tv or just relaxing in the room. Eric has done a fantastic job with renovating this condo and thinking of the person staying in the room. I loved the place and the location was wonderful. If you want to do the Rainforest tour, we just walked right next door to the Marriott and reserved the tour and they pick you up there...it was that easy! Oh, one last thing, the water was sparkling clean from the faucet. I wasn't expecting the water to taste so good & glad we didn't buy a case of water for the room. I could go on and on about this little gem of a place. We chose to stay in Eric's condo for our first trip to Puerto Rico-- and we're so glad we did! It was the perfect home away from home. Eric put so much thought into the condo and included things like chairs and a cooler for the beach! The condo provides such a beautiful view of the ocean and beach..we loved falling asleep to the waves every night. We were able to walk very easily around town and enjoy the many restaurants and shops. When we didn't want to eat out, we bought some groceries and were able to cook in the condo. We were fortunate enough to meet Eric briefly before heading home. He was great to work with-- very prompt in his responses, and he even gave us our deposit back before we left to the airport. We can't wait to go back and stay in (hopefully) this condo again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Location,location,location!! The view from this amazing condo is something we will dream of for a long time. The suite has everything you require to make your stay in San Juan an experience of a lifetime. The beach is literally on your door step. Restaurants, bus stop and shopping just around the corner. The owner provided us with several recommendations to make our San Juan experience even more memorable. My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this newly renovated studio. The owner did a marvelous job and paid lots of attention to every single detail. When you open that glass door to the balcony you feel like becoming a part of that overwhelming beauty of the ocean and the beach in front of you.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

I stayed in the apartment several times before the renovations were complete and it was nice then. It looks even more fantastic now. The view is incredible and for the price can't be beat I loved the location. right on the beach and convenient to everything. Everyone in the building was pleasant and the transaction was smooth. I am almost afraid to recommend it too highly because I want to be able to rebook.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.
