:HOME DESCRIPTION Built in 1830 and renovated in 2009 the stony home (2 km.far from the megalithic Giant's Tomb Is Concias-XVI century b.c.) has a rustic XIX century floor,a beamed ceiling,1920 epoque fans.En suite with the large bedroom (35 m2,containing a large closet,a bureau with seven drawers,an antique round table with chairs-linen ,blankets and feather's duvets provided) a nice bathroom with bathtube/shower,bidet,wc,marble basin..Soap,shampoo,toilet paper,towels etc are provided .
The XIX century furniture comes from the owner's Family.
The living area contains a fireplace,with' Bergere' confortable armchairs,HD 46' PLASMA TV,and a dining area that accomodates 4 people.You'll find all you need to prepare an elegant table for dining,for breakfast,or for an afternoon tea inside the XIX c. cupboard close to the dining table
The kitchen is small but complete with everything you need to prepare excellent meals.It has a 4 ring stove, electric and microwave oven,espresso machine,dishwasher,laundry machine,tools,vacuum cleaner,iron and iron board etc etc.

Outside, a porch protects a brick wood barbeque with two grills and set of spits and a traditional wood oven:the furniture of the patio is perfect for al fresco dining.

                  About the owner: Giovanni and Letizia De Riu are happily married since 25 years Giovanni ,born in Sardinia,Is a former Full Professor And Chief Of the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Department of Padova University;he served also as University of Padova Vice President,taking care of Foreign Affairs.Giovanni is a Past President and Paul Harris of Rotary Club Padova Nord. He inherited the property :his family owned it for many centuries. Letizia,born in Padova,is an interior decor expert and an artisic soul. Giovanni practiced several sports.Skindiving,scubadiving,sailing,windsurfing,.During his youth he was very fond of hunting wildboars,deers,and partridges inside the property,but he is now an ecologist.Letizia shared with Giovanni for many years the love for horseback riding and jumping. They visited many lands and cities all over the world,and they like to be considered travellers,not tourists. Letizia is an excellent cook,Giovanni knows the art of mixing good cocktais.For sure they are gourmet and love biological products.like the olive oil they produce in their property. Both enjoy gardening. They are both Texas Hold'em players Since Giovanni retired they spend an average of 3 months/year in their property in Sardinia, and are happy to be helpful to their guests,with suggestions and practical issues.
