This contemporary house called “Casa Nicki” was finished in December 2011. Our house has the most magnificent ocean and sunset views that are world class. This luxury house is on a secluded private hill overlooking the Playa Guiones set in the jungle.
The house is minutes away from the beach and local conveniences. It has glass on 3 sides on all 3 levels and a spiral metal staircase.
Each room is decorated with designer's furniture and has it’s own private terrace that has spectacular views of both ocean and forest.
Master suit has wrap around glass walls with an amazing view of the stars that is almost like a being at the planetarium, truly memorable. It has a queen size bed with a huge walk in closet and a large bathroom with a soaking bathtub facing the jungle and rainforest shower.
2 guest bedrooms have 2 full size beds and a big closet in each room and private bathrooms with private terraces.
The American gourmet kitchen has every amenity and brand new GE Profile appliances. It is a chef's delight!!
Large sitting room is furnished with designer's furniture and leads to a large12'x30' infinity pool with an ocean view through the sliding glass doors that cross boundaries of the indoors and outdoors.
Pool side has a gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower.
The house has satellite TV, wi-fi Internet, A/C and ceiling fan in each room, an alarm & security system, garage, washer/dryer and maid service upon request.
For sun worshippers, there is a private sun deck on the roof.
For people interested in mind/body wellness, the area is one of the five Blue Zone's in the world, featured by National Geographic. A Blue Zone is a region of the world where people commonly live past one hundred
due to the area's healthy environment and living styles.
This area has world class surfing and yoga.
