Enjoy the Sugar Sand Beach form this Beach Front condo. The beach is just an elevator ride down. Enjoy the sunrise from the balcony with that first cup of coffee.
Recently renovated and decorated to please. Fully appointed kitchen and a washer dryer for your use. All linens provided.
Beachfront master bedroom has a King bed and twin beds are in the Lake View bedroom. The sofa-bed also sleeps two.
Two Pools are provided on the property along with lighted tennis courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
This is a quiet family area with a development of million dollar homes on one side and a state park on the other.

This unit was great! My family and I stayed here June 30, 2012-July 7, 2012. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo! The condo was very clean and the decor was amazing. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. I would definately recommmend this property and, of course, stay there again! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your condo and for helping make our family vacation special!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family spent a week here in early June. We had a wonderful time! The condo was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely consider coming back here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Yet another amazing spring week spent on the beach. We just love the location of the condo and the quiet that surrounds it! Perfect distance from restaurants and fun if you need it, but tucked away where you can avoid the crowds if you want. The condo is always clean and well-maintained too. So nice to say we have made many, many memories here over the years and look forward to making many more. There's just nothing like some fresh oysters while sitting on this deck!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
