We stayed for 2 weeks (1/13/13-1/26/13) in a unit that overlooked the swimming pools, the tennis courts, and the club house. It was very clean and very adequately furnished, and the owner very courteous, and the weather warm, bright and sunny. The only comment we have is for the need for a chair in the living room (could be in lieu of the love seat) and another counter chair.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We visited Florida for 5 weeks over Xmas and wanted to stay in and around Sarasota for a few days before moving down to Naples. This condo proved to be ideal for what we wanted. It was fully equiped for what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Booking the condo on-line was also quick and easy. We had noisy neighbours for the time we were there, which isn't the fault of this property but is something that should be considered.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

Listing description was accurate, as are pictures. Property was immaculately clean - a must for my family! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental. We stayed in the condo for four days, three nights with our 4 year old. Pools were a few steps away, plenty of towels provided! Driving distance to beautiful beaches, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Although we live in the same state, this was a great long-weekend getaway! We look forward to returning. Property has all the amenities of home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The King size bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in good condition, heated and working well. The people were friendly and it was a 10 min drive to the beach. All in all, it was what was advertised. We were very happy with our vacation. This is not a posh resort, but good value for the money if you are looking for a laid back vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was fully funished with eating and cooking utensils. The furniture was very nice. There is also a lot to do in this area. The grounds had 2 pools, tennis courts, ping pong table, pool table and shuffle board. There is also a grill available for cookouts. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as many restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

The condo was well decorated and home like feeling. Well, located with excellent walk to the pool. Would recommend this to all my friends. Very clean and lots of towels for us and washer/dryer was excellent for our family. Very good price and location was excellent. We have rented often on VRBO.com and this was the CLEANEST condo we've ever had. They even found clothing we left behind and offered to mail it to us. The condo is immaculate! The kitchen is well equipped. It's convenient to grocery, restaurants, etc. The airport isn't more than 15 minutes drive. The condo is also very reasonably priced. The next time we vacation in the area, I hope it's available. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

my adult son, my wife, and I arrived in Bradenton on a rainy Wed. afternoon, and felt as if we had come home. The newly remodeled condo was comfortable, like home. It was well furnished without being unlivable. I would recommend it to from two to four adults, or adults with teenagers. I would not recommend this condo to parents with small children (no inside play room).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The condo was very quiet, clean and comfortable with all needed amenities including full kitchen, washer/dryer and wifi access. It had convenient access to tennis courts and swimming pool. Less than 10 minute drive to Bradenton Beach and less than 5 minutes to IMG Academies. The owners were extremely friendly and willing to help out with any needs.Recommended for: Families with young children.
