The Condo: This sexy studio is located in the luxurious Mondrian hotel/Condo that was designed by the famous Dutch designer Marcel wanders. The condo includes, internet, a 40 inch flat screen TV, Desk and Kitchenette which includes a stove, kettle and fridge. The studio has one bathroom with a shower and toilet. When more than 2 guests stay in the condo a rollout bed will given to my guests and an additional charge of 20$ per person per night will be incurred. Parking is not included but it can be requested at an additional charge of $30 a night.
Amenities: My guests can enjoy all the amazing 5 star hotel amenities, i.e. Custom shaped pool, sunset lounge, pool bar, exercise room and business center. While using any of these amenities guests will enjoy an amazing view of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Downtown skyline. With the calm of the bay, the vibe of the pool and the absolute beauty of Miami, I can assure you that it will be a sunset you will never forget.
Location: The Condo is walking distance to Lincoln road’s restaurants and entertainment. With Miami's Deco Bike stationed right in front of the hotel, guests can rent bikes and move around to all of Miami beach’s top destinations in true holiday fashion. The Mondrian offers guests a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, luxury and location. The famous ocean drive, with all its walk ways restaurants, stores and entertainment, is roughly 1 mile away. Experiencing Miami while staying at the Mondrian will ensure that you experiencing Miami at the very best!
Advantages: You’re going to stay at a 4 star hotel and use all its amazing amenities at an extremely low price like 70% lower ;). Your will be given 2 room keys and they can be reissued at the front desk once you show ID, so coming and going is easy. A maximum of 2 room keys can be given at a time. The only downside is that anything you order at the hotel is extremely expensive; I am talking about $16 for a bottle of water! But never fear, there is a seven eleven and a whole foods around the corner, so you can stock up your fridge and go hang at the pool with supplies.
