We really love staying here! Beautiful condo with nice updates. Clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful balcony with direct access to the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We LOVED our stay at this condo! The owners have sought to put in high quality touches like all new paint, granite countertops, new furniture and furnishings, and a wonderful mattress!! We slept as well there as we do at home on our new mattress. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with! We loved the ocean view from all the rooms and it was great to be at the beach within a few short flights of stairs. The second-story porch was the perfect place to relax and watch the waves lap in the ocean at the close of the day. The porch furniture was so comfortable! We wished our stay had been longer. We would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We love Garden City , the resturants, beach, and finding your condo made it perfect. The condo was comfortable and the porch was so great for relaxing and reading a book. We love having a kitchen to cook some and your kitchen was great. The condo was clean and the deco was beautiful. It was the perfect place for us and the owners are great to work with. We've put this condo on our "Yes" list.for a return. My husband and I are looking forward to next year!.Recommended for: Age 55+

This condo was perfect!! The porch and the furniture were absolutely FABULOUS! The view and convenience to the beach was perfect for us. The living room was slightly small but for all the GREAT things this condo offers, it was totally not an issue for us! We loved the location and the beach was not nearly as crowded as we thought it might be! Definately would want to stay here again!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first time to the Myrtle Beach area for a girls vacation, and we're so glad to have found your rental! It was comfortable and felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was great for some homecooked meals while the balcony great for lounging around and getting out of the sun. The beach was quiet and a little more private than the crazy beaches of the Grand Strand. It was a perfect relaxing vacation away from "real life"! I could have stayed forever sitting in the comfortable deck furniture! The renovation to the condo was amazing, but the building was a little rundown. Also, we found out late on the night of our arrival that the sheets for the pull out were not there/misplaced. We called Rick and the next day, we had sheets and the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We've been home for almost a week and I want to go back... The condo was decorated beautifully and had a homey feeling to it. The updates were of good quality...hardwood flooring, granite countertops, nice bedroom furniture and beautiful balcony funiture too! Loved, loved, loved the large balcony! My favorite spot to sit in the evening was on the stools looking out to the beach and pier. We especially loved the stairway access off of the balcony leading straight out to the beach! This was great for coming and going throughout the day. The location was great...quiet, yet close enough to walk to the pier for daytime shopping or evening entertainment on the pier. There were 2 bands on the pier nightly with people fishing and enjoying the evening. We were given the recommendation and I will agree that the Conch Cafe was a great local restaurant which was only one mile down the road and had great food and atmosphere! Owners were great to work with also! My family had a great time at this condo. It was very cute, clean and very comfortable and the view was awesome!! It is also in walking distance to the pier and eateries. We spent a lot of time swimming, fishing and crabbing! My kids loved it and so did I!!! Wish we were still there. We hope to come back next summer.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Location! Location! You are literally on the beach! Plus, you have the convenience to all the great restaurants and fun activities. The condo is tastefully decorated with all the upgrades, and it is clean, clean! We relaxed on the balcony enjoying the sound of the ocean until late into the night. It's a small condo complex, so beach front is not to crowded. This is perfect get away location. The owners are very accomodating. We are already planning our next visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and were lucky enough to spend 8 nights in this great condo. With the beach and ocean waves crashing outside your door and every window, it really was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is recently renovated with much style and is very well appointed. The Master bedroom is wonderful with a big comfortable bed and beautifully decorated for the beach. The living area is alittle small but had everything you would ever need and...the porch, what can I say. I am going to order similar furniture for my deck when we get home, I fell in love with it. The condo had so many homey touches, you really felt like you were staying in someone's home and not a rental. The area is a typical beachtown with good resaurants and all the shops you would need close by. We met a few of the other owners and everyone was so nice and friendly, we made friends that we hope to stay in touch with. The only downside if you went with more people is the sharing of one bathroom, but it was fine for us. We would definately rent this place again. I have used VRBO before and we will certainly use it again. The owner was completely responsive and very easy to work with. Thanks for a great, relaxing vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My family and I just returned this evening from our stay at your lovely condo. Normally, after being gone for a few days I am "ready to be back home in my bed", but not this time! I rested better than I do at home! The condo is decorated so lovely, I felt like it was a second home. You have an eye for decorating! Just as another reviewer stated, it's like a little cottage by the sea. The porch furniture was so comfortable and we were literally steps from the ocean. Also, the corner view from the porch gave it such an "open" feeling. As for the master bedroom.....I'm going to start looking through catalogs to find that same comforter set! It was beautiful! We will definitely be back! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The landlord is exceptionally considerate. The condo was recently remodeled and the best part for my wife and I was the very comfortable bed. All linens were provided. The view was good. It was a real pleasure to sit on the porch and watch the surf or read (and sleep). The beach at Garden City is clean and very wide at low tide. It is a short walk to the pier. This condo is older than most, but clean and great value for your money. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kim.Recommended for: Age 55+

Your condo was a breath of fresh air. We were impressed that you put in high-end features (hard-wood floorings, granite counter top , big flat screen tv's,) I really loved the huge kitchen sink. I think they call that a farmhouse style sink. The beds were very comfortable and I saved the best for last.. . . Your porch! Your outdoor furniture was awsome. It was hard to get my husband onto the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. I truly hope that people will appreciate it and take care of it as if it was their own home. My husband says if I can learn to pack way less (he wants to take 1 or 2 trips up the stairs not 5 or 6) he would like to a repeat visitor. I'll work on that.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

WOW.. where to begin! This condo is beautiful! Absolutely perfect- we couldn't have chosen anything better suited for us. It's quaint, charming, cozy...and honestly like a little bungalow on stilts! This corner unit offers a great sense of privacy- even when hanging out on the patio/balcony. It's fantastic- plenty of comfortable seating and a wide, beautiful view of the ocean, shoreline, and pier. It is where we spent most of our time. The backdoor off of the patio that leads down to the beach is such a bonus!! We truly were impressed with the cleanliness, decor, location, view, and how comfortable it felt. The beds were comfortable and had very nice linens and duvets. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with very convient items. The owner was very helpful and so easy to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had when arranging our stay. The listing description is very much accurate however the photos do not do this darling condo justice. You will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the inside is. Finally, it's important to note that the condo is in a super location. There is a Krispy Kream, Walmart, grocery store, surf shops and an arcade (to name a few spots) all within 5 minutes or less of the condo. Although we would love to keep this condo a secret all to ourselves, we highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was the best place we have called home in Garden City. The place was emaculate with new floors, updated bath, beautiful furniture and the most wonderful view of the ocean. We had plenty of room for six and so enjoyed the beautiful porch right at the ocean. We had to take just a few steps to the ocean and even had a shower to clean up from the ocean. Also, there are great restaurants just minutes away. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place. We had a wonderful time and what a beautiful condo! My boyfriend and I visited for New Year's Eve. The condo is beautiful! It has been remodeled, was spotless and the furnishings were perfect. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable and all of the rooms are beautifully decorated. The location was so convenient. There is a beautiful view of the pier and we enjoyed daily walks on the beach. It was so convenient for shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this condo. I left engaged (beautiful proposal on the beach New Year's Eve). My fiancee' and I look forward to our next visit! In a word... perfect!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Mu husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in November and were quite delighted with this condo. It had everything that we needed, right at our fingertips. The condo had been beautifully re-modeled and decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was friendly and readily available when we called about internet access. It was close to the Garden City Pier, where my husband enjoyed late night fishing and the kids enjoyed the arcade. I highly recommend this sweet summer getaway!
