“No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem” is a bright and airy beach home in Indian Harbour Beach. It is located within walking distance of the ocean, an hour of Disney, 25 minutes of Port Canaveral and 40 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center.
From your vacation home, walk to Bicentennial Ocean Park and enjoy swimming, surfing, bodyboarding and fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. Bicentennial is a great place for catching pompano, black drum, snook and whiting. Feel your worries wash away as you watch the dolphin jumping and splashing up and down the ocean. Take a stroll along the beach to find shells and a Floridian favorite, sea beans. Bicentennial Park has a beach volleyball court, pavilions to have lunch or dinner, a covered boardwalk where you can sit and play chess, read a book or watch the local surfers. If you go west of the house, you can see the beautiful sunset over the Indian River at Tropical Trail just past the Oars and Paddles Park and Mathers Bridge. Mathers Bridge is another great place for fishing and shrimping. Head home to the five person hot tub and relax as you watch the stars in the night sky, then let the ocean sing you to sleep.
Indian Harbour Beach is also well known for watching the loggerhead sea turtle nesting. The season begins as early as late April and continues right up to early September. Nesting activity is at its peak in June and July. For best viewing, loggerheads can be seen nesting late at night.
You will love all that ‘No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem’ has to offer you as your vacation home. The house has a well equipped kitchen to make for easy cooking. You can use wireless in any room. The sunny game room has a 32” flat screen tv to enjoy watching while playing a game of pool or ping pong. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, private bathroom, a 32” flat screen television and a private entrance to the porch and hot tub. The guest room contains a queen size bed and 32” flat screen television and the children’s room contains a twin/full bunk bed and a flat screen television. These two rooms share a bathroom. Take pleasure in sitting in the living room, on the elephant bamboo couches, while you look out the panoramic window of lush, tropical landscaping or watch the 37” flat screen television with the family. Eat together in the dining room or on the back porch in the cool Florida evening breeze.
Take a short walk from ‘No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem’ to the local tennis courts, library, dog park, skate park, football, baseball and soccer fields or take a kayaking trip from the Oars and Paddles Park just a 30 second drive from the house. The nearby community center contains a heated pool and many opportunities to enjoy dancing, games and much more.

We have been renting condos and houses in Florida for eight years and this was the best house we have ever been in.Location is good.The house and hot tub was good and Naomi the owner is the sweetest person.Hope to get this rental again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay at this house. Everything we needed was there. Although we were two, there is lots of room for a family. You can watch TV in every room, even while you play a game of pool. The area was safe, quite,and close to stores, the beach and restaurants (Little Dos and Squid Lips were our favs). I really enjoyed my morning coffee in the screened backyard area while the dogs played safely in the fenced yard. Every day we went for walks through this quite neighbourhood to the sports park, the dog park and Glesson Park. The area is very quite we were able to walk down the middle of the road and let the dogs drag their leashes behind them. The golf courses were great and all within 30 mins. We recommend this property to all. Would love to visit again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderful stay! Beds were very comfortable and house had many extras. The kitchen was well supplied. The house was very clean and located close to many activities. I loved the heated pool for lap swimming and park within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet, Would love to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

WOW, what an incredible stay at Naomi's awesome beach house rental! My family had so much fun, and I can't say enough about this great property! The house is magnificent! We loved the decor, and all of the great extras! This house truly had it all. My husband and kids played pool and ping pong nonstop. We enjoyed the hot tub every day after our time at the beach. The bikes were a real treat to go exploring with, and the yard was so private and nice. We loved how we all had our own private rooms in the house complete with our own super nice TVs! No fighting over the remote in this house! We rent from VRBO quite often, and we have stayed at many places, but this one was definitely one of our favorites! And, what really made is so nice was the amazing Naomi! You will not rent from a nicer and more caring person. She is just great! I highly recommend this super property! Just got back from an amazing weekend at 'No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem'. My Grandparents retired in Indian Harbour Beach and were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. The occasion brought about 150 members of our extended family together for the first time in 10 years. My wife and I contacted Naomi to book their home so that we could have our own little getaway from the masses. It became the focal point of our stay. So what Hurricane Isaac was rolling in - our family would visit to play pool in the game room, watch sports on the flat screen tv's throughout the house, and even play ping pong and bags in the garage. It was awesome! We have a lot of family that lives in North Carolina, Georgia, California, and throughout Florida. They all asked for booking info and can't wait to stay their themselves. Thanks so much Naomi and Chad - we'll be back!!! Our family had a wonderful time at this rental. We wanted a vacation spot close to our daughter and to the beach for a family reunion. So many unexpected extras were included.The house was very clean. There was open living space that would accommodate a large crowd.The whole family loved the billiards, bikes, hot tub, and games provided. There were lots of tvs. We did need to drive to the beach, but parking was plentiful. There was lots to do in the neighboring city of Melbourne.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Had a wonderful time on our vacation mainly because the home we rented was soooo great. Wonderful location centered about mid-island makes for easy access to everything. Great beach close too! Shopping, food, etc. The house was great, it has LOTS of activities including pool table, hot tub, beach stuff, bikes, and TVs in every room to keep the kids busy. The air conditioning makes every room cool and the two bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is big with every appliance AND it has natiural gas for cooking, a must for me as a northerner. So the trip was great, thanks to the house and owner.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful home away from home! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Owners were very personable and available for any needs!! Close to the beach, shopping and night time walks to park for kids with magnificent views and serene wildlife! We have been coming down to Satellite Beach every year for nearly a decade and our stay at Naomi's home was certainly our most relaxing and comfortable. The home has been very nicely renovated and is very well kept and clean. It was such a luxury to have so much space. We stayed for a month and were so impressed by how well equipped the house was- we didn't need to buy or bring anything from home. We especially enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen for making big dinners and sitting out with it on the patio at night. The location was great! within biking and walking distance of the beach and all the stores and shops you could need. We biked everywhere for 4 weeks and loved it.
