We have a large pool in front of the kitchen, so you cancwatch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large 800 square ft front lanai has a fantastic ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Standard Nightly Rate for 2009 is $399 per night for main house level
Standard Nightly Rate is $199 per night for expansion area (4 bed/1 bath)
Cleaning Fees are $200 for the main level, $100 for expansion area
Discounts of 10% are available for 14 nights, 20% for 30 days
Deposit is 25% of the total, the remainder is due 60 days prior
Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days of receipt

Great house, awesome swimming pool, kids loved it! Thank you for sharing your house with us. We spent great time in Hawaii. The kids started 2 weeks ago with "brassards" and now they swim without them, as Michael Phelps. Our favorite activities were bodyboard, snorkeling with the sharks, jumping from Akaka falls. Mahalo.

Bruce and Family: Our 3rd stay here and definitely the best. Jesse our son was married in a lovely ceremony on KiiKi'o Beach. We hosted a small reception here. The home's spaciousness helped my niece, Austin, get around in her wheelchair, and she loved the pool. Many lovely memories, mahalo!
