Our unit is on the 10th Floor in the East Tower and offers accommodations for a group of four. All Sunbird units are (1) One Bedroom condo's with (1) One bath. Laundry machines are located on the first floor.
The unit is clean,refreshing and enjoyable! All you need to bring is extra towels and suntan lotion. The unit has a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN FRONT balcony. Please don't miss the beautiful sunset at night! The view is spectacular. You can see it all.
A new airport is coming soon. Much more shopping available in the new Pier Park. Amusement parks, golf, night clubs, and fine dining are located just minutes away. We are 30 minutes away from the Destin Fla. Walmart is across the street,Target and Publix's is around the corner for all of your needs! SIGNAL HILL GOLF COURSE is right across the street.The complex also offers children's activities in the summer and adult activity programs for winter guest.
