Located on the second floor with elevator access two doors away from the unit, this cozy condo is beautifully furnished, along with an equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player, wireless internet access, laminate wood flooring, all linens provided, and large closets with plenty of space for storage. The private bedroom has two queen beds and also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. The lanai features relaxed seating that faces a well manicured golf course green and décor to enjoy a cup of coffee, an afternoon nap, or a relaxing evening breeze (golf privileges available with the purchase of a country club membership).
This peaceful condominium complex offers such amenities as an Olympic-size heated pool and sauna; club house with pool tables, game room, library; tennis courts, Bocce court, and barbeque areas. Keys to these amenities are provided for renters. Relaxing views feature the Golf Course green, palm trees, and surrounding lakes.
Turtle Lake Golf Colony is centrally located right off U.S.41 and Pine Ridge, only a short drive away to the world-famous Naples’ beaches, and is within short walking distance to four major shopping centers, which include Publix Supermarket, Ross, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, and The Home Depot. Residents can enjoy a secluded feel, yet are conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping and more! Upscale shopping malls include Mercato at Vanderbilt Beach, The Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, and Downtown Naples shops.
Clam Pass beach is only a five minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset! Other great beaches are Barefoot Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Ft. Myers Pier.

Winter Getaway

I had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and everything I needed was there. The lanai was fantastic with a wonderful view. Quiet, safe area, great pool. Really recommend.

Back for a 2nd stay here. Owner had done a nice job with unit improvements & betterments. The place was extra clean and nicely freshened up. New TV's and many upgrades. Private on-site golf club very welcoming and reasonable. Owner once again went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. So close to shopping and major attractions. Schedule permitting, we'll be back in 2014.

Great Stay

We stayed in this unit for two months, Jan/Feb 2013 and really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet great location close to shopping with an easy walk to a large mall, (Publix, Target etc.) with another mall across the street from the first mall (T.J.Max, Walmart Foods, Ross's etc). We enjoyed our owner, very friendly, welcoming and obliging. We enjoyed the pool exercise program and the club house staff are friendly. Our only concern was the condition of the exercise equipment in the fitness room. We enjoyed our stay and have book this unit for three months in 2014.

We’ve always looked forward to making our dream come true by owning our own property in this privileged area.
