North side of duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeping loft.
South side of duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeping loft.
North Side: Sleeps 6 adults and 4 children with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
South Side: Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children with one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, bedroom with twin/full bunk bed and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds.
House has separate deck areas for outdoor dining and a large pool area for lounging and sunning. Decks and pool have fabulous views of the white sandy beach and waters of the Gulf!
