Great family beach home located in heart of Del Mar beach colony. Waiting for your summer memories to come true. This is a four bedroom, two bath vacation home. Two bedrooms and one bath are located at one end of the house. They each have a Queen bed in them. At the other end of the house is the Master bedroom with a King bed, another bedroom with a bunkbed with a double bottom and twin top. The Master Bath is located at this end also. The house also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utinsels and variety of entertainment supplies.
Livingroom is cozy with Large Flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace.
Relax and enjoy the soiund and the cool ocean breeze on the large enclosed entetainment patio.
Take a stroll to the village to nearby shops or resturants or just down to the beach to gather some sea shells.
Need to use some Boogie boards or beach equipment and have come from out of town, no worries, we always have an extra suppy on hand to bring over.
This is the place you and your family will want to return to year after year to build your summer memories.

About the owner: My husband and I started purchasing properties in mid 80's in Del Mar and have been doing rentals for quite some time. We have returning families for many years. One family that still rents this home has been with us since the early 90's. We have watched their boys grow and graduate college. It's always great to see them every year. Their middle son will be married in Del Mar this summer 2013!! We are all so excited for them!! Hopefully we'll get to see your family grow too.
