This new house with great open interior spaces privately situated in a pasture on the hill above Polpis Harbor. The kitchen and Master bedroom both open onto the deck that greets sunrise over hundreds of acres of conservation land while the front and Master bedroom look out upon spectacular sunsets across old farmland. Lots of lawn and open space, yet very private and quite.
The property is well situated between town and 'Sconset, it is near the bike path and it is walking distance to both the shuttle stop and the harbor. Quidnet beach is only 2 miles away, Surfside and Cisco beaches are 15 minutes by car. The living room has cathedral ceilings and beautiful open space. The kitchen is all custom and modern with an island that seats 6, gas stove and it is fully appointed for lobster dinners or any other meal. Full glass doors lead to the deck and backyard that is completely private with a gas grill, outdoor shower and deck furniture. The master bed and 1/2 bath also have cathedral ceilings, a separate exit to the deck and shower, a beautiful mahogany 4 poster bed and windows overlooking acres of fields. Above the living room, the second bedroom is a private loft with a full bed for 2 and full height cathedral ceilings. Down stairs there is another living/play area with desk, 2 couches, and TV/DVD, a laundry closet, and a second entrance. The third bedroom is bathed in sunlight and has twin beds. A handsomely designed full bath with tiled shower and large tub serves these bedrooms. The house has all full size windows, separate exit to back yard, high ceilings and great light. There is a hammock beneath the trees and an outdoor building to hold beach chairs, toys, bikes and surf boards. Parking for 2 cars, and your back yard is 500 acres of conservation. Squam Farm and Swamp offer beautiful hiking trails. Walk to NRTA stops, bike to 'Sconset or Town. Walk to Polpis Harbor. This cottage is perfect for honeymooners or families, it has it all!
