  We really enjoyed this unit. It was very well stocked in the kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes,glasses and bakeware. The comfortable beds were a plus. The decor was up to date. The weather was not the best this spring so the indoor pools were an asset to the kids as well as the parents. I do think the unit could have been cleaned better by the staff. If they are being paid 175.00 dollars to clean they should be giving the owner their money's worth. The owner was wonderful to rent from. He was very helpful and always answered any of our questions. I would recommend this unit for a great vacation. Especilally from Drew Landry. I think the B building is great for older couples. It seemed more secluded for sitting by the pool. This is a feature we really liked for our first week when there were no children.

  When we were looking for a family getaway spot we found the Caribe and this particular condo to be the perfect fit. When you arrive at the Caribe it's like pulling into paradise. You enter the building and are greeted by lush landscaping, tropical surroundings, and amenities galore. In February the outside pool was a little too cool to use, but not to worry, our family enjoyed the indoor heated pool, and there was even a community kitchen and reading room in addition to the well furnished gym. The condo itself had us wondering what else you could ask for, and the answer is nothing. Our first night in town we went to the grocery store and stocked up on items to cook, and from there rarely left the condo because anything you could want was already there. The kitchen has all the pots/pans, plates, glasses, and anything else you could use. The living room is huge, and leads out to a great balcony overlooking the putting green and the gulf. With 3 large bedrooms and additional foldout beds there is room for everyone to spread out. We can't wait for our next visit, and have already told several of our friends they should make a trip as soon as they can. I am in full agreement with the other reviewers that Drew is very accommodating, and the condo is amazingly clean and well appointed. We'll be back for sure!

  We had a fantastic stay at this condo in the Caribe Resort. The condo itself was perfect! Very clean and had lots of accommodations. Plenty of room for all of us. Drew, the owner, was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had. The resort is wonderful as well. We had some younger children with us that weren't really into the beach/ocean. They had a blast playing in the multiple pools. My older children enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. We were also able to play tennis, bocce ball and also played a bit on the 18 hole putting green. There are a number of things to do close by as well. We will for sure be booking another trip there in the future!

  Me and my family stayed at this property from April 20-23, 2012. This condo is absolutely beautiful. We had everything that we needed in this condo to make our stay wonderful. It was very spacious and we had a great view of the ocean. I will definitely recommend this condo and I give it the highest rating possible. Me and my family will definitely stay at this condo from now on when we are in Orange Beach. Also the owner made sure that we had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful.

• Beautiful Condo!

  I stayed at this condo a few weeks ago and it couldn't have been more perfect! It has all the amenities and is centrally located to everything you could want! Its beautifully decorated and very clean and makes you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of sleeping room! It has a beautiful view to wake up to every morning! I highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot!!
