  We rented, from the owner, this wonderful three bedrooms condo with ocean view from February 4 to March 3, 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We took most of our meals on the balcony while looking at the sea. The unit had everything promised. We did not see a single insect indoors, it was very cozy, bright, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It quickly became our home for the month. All amenities; groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, an awesome French bakery and several restaurants are within walking distance. The store across the street delivered bottle water at a lower price than elsewhere. The neighborhood is safe and people are friendly. For a bigger grocery, I would definitely suggest a trip to the Pola store, 10-15 minutes by bus but worth the ride. For those that are afraid not to find good food in Punta Cana, fear no more. This store has absolutely everything one needs and more. The meat; beef, pork roast and chicken are fresh and wonderful. In addition, there are several banks at this shopping center where you can safely withdraw money from your bank account from home or exchange Canadian or Us money at the best rates. We usually had 38.9 pesos for one US dollar or 33 pesos for one Canadian dollar, no added fees. Stanza Mare is quieter than resorts or hotels. There is no activities or big party, this is not an all-inclusive and therefore, might not be for everyone but this was exactly what we wanted; it was so relaxing, we were not disappointed. The grounds, buildings and pool are well kept, clean and well secured. The beach is in front of the condo and not crowded. Carlos; the security guard was always there with a big smile to help us with our loungers when there were some available and kept an eye on everyone’s belongings while we were taking a walk on the beach – Thank you so much Carlos. Our only suggestion would be for the Stanza Mare’s administration to add more chairs at the pool and on the beach. Although Carlos tries his best to please everyone, there are simply not enough chairs for the number of residents. Overall, we had a wonderful time.   My husband and I along with another couple spent 10 glorious days in this wonderful and spacious condo (both inside and out). It had everything we needed as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. We met great people during our visit and are looking forward to returning again and again. The property managers, Linda and Vicente, checked with us regularly, made themselves available and responded immediately to any issues we had. The owner also contacted us to ensure we were satisfied. Everything was clean and well maintained thoughout the whole complex. The location is perfect and within walking distance to shops and restuarants. Can't wait to start planning next year's vacation

  Sin duda alguna las fotos de este anuncio no hacen justicia, las vistas desde el balcon son maravillosas, tanto de dia como de noche. Algo que resaltar sin duda alguna es la limpeza!!! Todo estaba impoluto. Desde luego recomiendo a todos los que podais, que vivais esta experiencia. Por supuesto, nunca podre borrar de mi memoria esos largos dias en las playas del caribe....

  Fantástico!!, Es un apartamento muy cómodo, espacioso, luminoso, es acogedor y totalmente equipado, no falta detalle y dispone de todo lo que se necesita, no echamos nada en falta. Lo que más me gustó: LAS VISTAS, lo bien situado que está y la luminosidad. En resumen, fenomenal: el paisaje, la limpieza, la temperatura y el ambiente) Lo recomiendo a: a todos A disfrutar de la estancia!!!

  We went last summer and it was great. The apartment is very big and cosy, the decoration is reallly nice and it has everything you could need for your holidays. It is on the beach and very near restaurants and discos. We went horseriding and played golf. Everything is really near. We will be back!

  Fabuloso apartamento. Hemos estado,en el mes de diciembre,el apartamento es increible,tiene 3 dormitorios con sus baños incluidos y el salon y la cocina,son muy grandes. Esta amueblado con mucho gusto,y las vistas ni te cuento,en la terraza(que es enorme) haciamos nuestro desayuno mirando el mar. la playa esta a escasos metros y la piscina justo bajo el apartamento. En la playa,comiamos en los restaurantes que eran geniales y con una marcha que ni te cuento. Este año,por supuesto que volvemos.
