Bradley Beach will be ready for the 2013 summer season thanks for the 14 ft sand dunes that save our town.
Villa Aperta is a wonderful family home. It is three blocks from the beach and comes complete with a beach locker and beach badges.
The 50 ft wrap around porch is a delightful place to catch a southerly breeze, read a book or enjoy a delicious meal.
Furnishings are Tommy Bahama in style and extremely comfortable, complete with a tuscan kitchen.
The five bedrooms on the second floor have queen & king size beds. The third floor has one bunk bed & and single beds.
There is an outdoor shower, as well as, room for 4 cars in the driveway.
This home is perfect for a large family or a family reunion.
In Bradley Beach, a car is not necessary. You can walk to the beach, the lake, the boardwalk, to town and the train from Penn Station NY/NJ.
