Living Room Area - Maalaea, Maui, HI-Hawaii Oceanfront Condo, Between Kihei & Lahaina! Maalaea Kai is a two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condominium located in Maalaea village on the south coast of Maui. This very quiet and peaceful village, only 15 minutes away from resort towns of Kihei and Wailea on the south side. It is approximately the same distance to Lahaina and Kaanapali on the north end, and is 15 minutes from the Airport. The unit is a central air-conditioned oceanfront condo on the third floor, 30 yards from the sea with a beautiful view of the ocean and neighbor. Accommodates up to six persons. All of the tropical decor consists of mostly bamboo furnishings. Both bedrooms are enclosed. The master bedroom has one king size bed with a full bathroom, TV, VCR, and an oceanfront view. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a pull-out sofa for two persons, cocktail furniture, cocktail tables, dining table with chairs for four persons, a large counter bar with stools for two persons, TV, VCR, DVD, fax machine, telephone, and is surrounded by mirrored walls. The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee-maker, blender, oven, stove, all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The lanai has a table and chairs from where you can relax watching whales and listening to the ocean. Maalaea village has a white sandy beach which extends all the way to Kihei for your walking enjoyment.
