This home was originally purchased as our primary residence. So all of the upgrades and furnishings are not what you would find in a typical rental home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love to enjoy some great wine from the wine cellar and either sit in the courtyard by the fireplace or in the backyard by the firepit. Out door speakers at both locations enhance this experience. We also love sitting in the salt water pool under a umbrella in the beach entry area which can accomodate 6-8 people. When not relaxing around the house there are some great restaurants near by and of course great shopping, golf and entertainment throughout the various desert communities.
