Fantastic condo, great owner to work with. Beautiful views, very spacious condo. Being on the top floor is a HUGE plus. The keyless entry is great, loved not having to worry about carrying a key around all week long. Undercover parking is also a nice bonus. The only smallest thing we wish we knew is that the kid friendly pool is not on the beach side with the adult pool. Its an adventure to get to the kid friendly pool consisting of multiple elevator trips, stairs and an esculator. Plus the view of the kid friendly pool is awful, it is surrounded by the 5 floor parking garage. Just a minor flaw in an other wise excellent condo experience. Thank youRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Being able to enjoy the expansive view of the ocean from both the living area as well as the master bedroom is very nice. We hope that when you return to the Panama City Beach area, that you will choose to stay with us again!

To start off, upon arrival, at our check in time, we were met by a male house keeper that stated our room was not ready and we would have to wait 30 minutes before we could come in. 50 minutes later we were allowed to enter after complaining to property Manager. Second problem was that the sleeper sofa had a blood stain on the mattress cover and mattress,(disgusting) which made it hard for us to relax in the livingroom, Problem was reported by voicemail Sunday and it was cleaned Monday. Next problem was the door code did not work for the rest of the week and we had to put a code in the lock box, unlock the door, and return the key to the lock box after each use. For the money we had to spend , we were very disappointed. We were hoping that since we rented the penthouse that our stay would not have any problems and the master bedroom would have better mattress quality. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed Panama City Beach.Owner response: Thanks for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo in Panama City Beach. I would like to address the issues for the benefit of future guests. The guests did arrive about an hour early and thought PCB was on Eastern time. The unit was ready as it always is by check-in time. Unfortunately, the keyless lock system did malfunction during their stay; we have a back-up key safe in case this happens and it was not a problem or inconvenience for the guest. (The keyless system has since been replaced.) The sofa sleeper did have a small stain on the mattress pad. This was replaced on the same day we received the call. Our cleaners should have caught this a informed us prior to the guests arrival and we apologize for the issue.

The furniture in this condo is low quality and not enough sitting room for a condo that sleeps 8 people. There is absolutely NO cell service in this condo, not that it is the owner's fault, however, if you are there and trying to run a business via cell phones you are out of luck. Trying to get to the parking deck/pool/beach is the biggest hassle. You have to WAIT forever to catch an elevator, then if you are going to the parking deck after you have waited an eternity for the first elevator, you have to go up a floor and over a cross walk, into another elevator for the parking deck. Biggest complaint of all, there is a check out time of 10:00 am and someone is banging on the door at 8:00 am and proceeds to enter the condo while my family is still in the bed. Very unhappy and unpleasant experience!Owner response: This guest brought a dog to the condo and broke not only our policy but the complex's policy on pets. Due to this we did not return her security deposit - it was only after this that she had any complaints. The condo is plenty big enough for 8 people and has more than enough sitting. The unit is on the top floor and the elevator wait is longer than if you stayed on a lower floor. Typical wait time is less than 3-5 minutes during the peak Summer season. The comment about our cleaning service coming in early is completely false.
