  I recommend anyone to stay here. I came down with a group of six people and we had a great time! The house was very clean. We did not have any problems with anything. The owner of the house is a great person to rent from, as well. Through the whole process, it was easy to contact her if we needed anything. This house would be my first option if I were to come back to Panama City.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  Highly recommend renting this house that feels like home. The home is very clean, spacious, and up to date. The kitchen is just great. You definitely will not mind cooking in this kitchen. The beach is almost at your doorstep. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

  The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to function. Super close to beach and the club. Overallan excellent place to stay and if I ever go back I would stay there again. The owner of the house is a sweetheart and does everything she can to make your stay awesome! Two thumbs up!!

  This home is beautiful, clean very close to the beach and great neighbors. There was plenty enough room for 8. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. Could not have had a better place to stay. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. I will visit again!

  This house and everything about it is absolutely incredible! A total of 7 adults and one kid stayed her from for the week of June 16th 2012-June 23rd 2012 from Atlanta, Georgia, it was the most relaxing week due to the fact that the beach from the house is a walking distance. The house it self has plenty of space for large groups of people. The interior of the house was re-modeled when we arrived, and it was re-modeled to a perfection, the house has everything you can possible think of. My favorite party of the house is that it has a outside shower, so you can take a shower outside and a plasma TV in every room. The location of the house is perfect, because if you decide to go out, all the restaurants are very close. or if you decide to just cook at the house, then you have all the privacy you can possible want. The owner of this house is extremely sweet and very flexible.This house is simply amazing, and we will definitely be renting this property out next year, I highly recommend this house.

  We rented this house in June and I can't say enough good things about it. It had very comfortable furniture and beds. There was a TV in every room and hi speed internet available. There was very easy access to the beach which was very private. There is a great front porch with a table and chairs which we enjoyed having lunch outside. It was near restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely rent this house again.

  Highly Recommended. This home provided the perfect opportunity for my family to spend quality time together while we attended a very special birthday celebration. The location was convenient to some great eateries as well as other shopping areas. The best part, it is 100 yards from the most beautiful beach. We loved it so much we stayed an additional day unexpectedly. The owner was extemely gracious and flexible in meeting our needs. No question, we will be back!!

  I stayed here with 9 other guests and the house was great.The location is 1 mile away from all night life and the beach is 1 minute away. The people in charge of this house were great and were a big help whenever we needed anything. They also kept us up to date with events going around the town. This house is suitable for any type of vacation. I would highly reccommend this house and if I come back to Panama City Beach for Spring Break next year I will be staying at this house.
