Beautiful Gulf front corner unit with all the amenities you could ever desire. This complex in one of the most exclusive in Orange Beach and when you get there you will see why. Unit #1001 is the East corner on the 10th floor. Most saught after corner in Regency Isle. Once you stay in corner unit, nothing else will do... views all around North, South, and East sides. Has its own covered and assigned parking spot to keep your vehicle in the shade. The unit is luxuriously decorated (the pictures just can't do this place justice, MUST SEE). With 3 large bedrooms, each with private bath and balcony access, the whole family will be spoiled on this trip. There is a wetbar in the off the living area with icemaker and sink. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal with family and ample seating. Dining table seats 6, breakfast table 2 more and bar for extra seating with beautiful granite tops. Seperate laundry area with full size washer and dryer and a half bath.Master has a King bed, TV/DVD, private ensuite with jetted tub and seperate shower, and Gulf front view with balcony access. 2nd Bedroom also has King bed, TV, and access to balcony overlooking Ole River. 3rd Bedroom has twin beds, TV/DVD, and access to balcony overlooking Ole River.Regency Isle is located in walking distance to Florida Line, live entertainment, and restaurants/bars. ...Got married on the balcony....watched the sunrise every morning....enjoyed having enough room for family and friends to come enjoy the beach with us. I just returned from a stay in this beautiful unit with 5 of my girlfriends. We had an incredible time! This unit was JUST PERFECT for us! We loved having 2 KING SIZE beds in the condo and the third bedroom had 2 single beds so everyone was comfortable. The extra half bath was great too when you have 6 girls getting dressed to go out to dinner. The unit was very tastefully decorated - it did feel like "home away from home". The balcony was huge with plenty of seating for everyone. The pool was wonderful and the walk to the beach was just a few steps. I will more than likely book this unit for our yearly Girls' Trip! We loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This unit is perfect for a big family! Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath for guests to use. The huge corner balcony is just incredible.The view and the breeze are simply wonderful. The kitchen and wet bar are very well stocked which makes it very easy to cook in the room. The storage area on the balcony is full of beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, buckets, floats. That was such a nice suprise!!! The owners leave the key in that lock so that you are allowed to use those items during your stay. We will definitely be back to stay in this unit!! The grill/ gazebo area out by the ool are so nice for grilling out. The whole complex is well maintained and is close to everything.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

OMG! This condo and all it's amenities is luxury at its finest! My family and friends truly enjoyed everything this condo had to offer. All rooms were spacious, luxurious, and clean! We all agreed that this unit was one of the best in the building as it is on the corner with a 360 degree view! Pictures on this site do not do it justice. The balcony was spacious with breath taking views. We enjoyed family time, meals, sunrises and sunsets on this balcony!!! The pools and beach were only steps away.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AT REGENCY ISLE! I spent many days searching the internet to find the perfect place for my family to vacation and this was it by far! I don't believe you can find many condo units with 3.5 baths, and wet bar with ice maker this nice. This made it easier for us to get ready for a day on the beach or an evening out! Our stay truly exceeded all of our expectations and we are a picky bunch! I am recommending this condo unit to all of my friends and we will certainly be returning!!! Take my word, this is one of the best condo units in Orange Beach!!! Book it for your family now!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
