  A friend from Australia and I stayed here while visiting Chicago. The location is excellent -- close to many restaurants and shops in Old Town, and a short walk to the lakefront, Miracle Mile, and Lincoln Park. The property was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everyone I spoke to in the Management Office was friendly and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We found an awesome location, near subway at a reasonable cost, with everything necessary to have a Pied-à-terre in Chicago and roughly visit this beautiful city. We were a group of 12 adults + 3 kids and suggest this location for big parties like us.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

  My third time at the Biddle house was as great as the prior visits. Clean, easy communication and great location.

  Charming 2nd floor Apartment that has a great location! This is situated in a nice neighborhood and a fantastic restaurant that is a 2 minute walk and a great park that is a five minute walk. The only downside is the lack of water pressure everwhere. Shower is almost "spitting" water out. Took a good 5 minutes to fill the single coffee maker from the faucet in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Pull-out coach, not so much, which is to be expected.

  Owner response: I am pleased to say that this was caused by some water main work that the city was doing on the block, and that it has been corrected since. We appreciate your feedback!

  Biddle House 2nd floor is a great location right at Sedgwick and Eugenie across from the landmark rib joint Twin Anchors. I lived in this neighborhood years ago before moving back to Ohio. If you do not know chicago it is a fabulous neighborhhod with tremendous restaurants and a revived wells street and Magnificent Mile is a short cab ride away. Everything was smoooth except for getting some water pressure that took some time to kick in for the shower. The snacks etc. are a nice touch! If you appreciate architecture and "Old" this is a cozy retreat. Everything was in order on arrival and then we got our street permit for parking on the street which was easy or we were lucky!

  I rented the Biddle House for my friends and family that were attending my wedding and it was perfect! Close to everything but off the busy streets, these apartments in this cute house are absolutely charming! The kitchen was stocked with lovely breakfast and snack options and everything worked perfectly. We will rent again whenever we have guests visiting!

  The neighborhood was wonderful. If you have kids there is a great playground across the street! Breakfast goodies supplied were thoughtful and yummy! Beds and linens were nice and supplied shampoo and soap was appreciated since I did forget my shampoo!
