Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. This is not your usual condo. This unique condo sleeps up to 6. The living area has plenty of seating. The kitchen is equipped with all new black appliances. The counter bar set for 4 gives you seating without taking up living space. Or you can sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine. From the balcony is a full view of the pool, hot tub and deck below. A short distance away sits an indoor pool as well. The tiki bar and surf decor lend to a nice atmosphere. Just footsteps to the beach. if you enjoy the nightlife there is a ocean front bar called Ocean Annie's just a short walk away. Between the condo and the ocean is a small strip with an additional bar as well as a souvenir shop and places for pizza and ice cream. Close by sits the Apache Pier which is the longest pier on the east coast. We welcome mature 18 and up.

Second year in a row we have rented our beach getaway condo from owner. This condo was an excellent choice for us with the two pools, hot tub and being so close to the beach. The atmosphere at shipwatch pointe is also very welcoming for people of any age. We absolutely love the location with anything at the beach being such a short drive away. The condo slept the 5 of us very well and the kitchen was awesome with brand new appliances. The porch was also very nice for sitting and looking out over the pool at night. We definitely plan on renting the condo again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We stayed here over Spring Break this year (2012) and it was such a great experience! The condo was decorated so cute! Beach/ Surfer/Tiki Hut motif even in the bedroom and bathroom. It was so roomy with lots of seating and plenty of sleeping room for all six of us! The balcony was overlooking the swimming pool, hot tub and indoor pool. We were only a hop skip and a jump from the beach. There was a little convenience store, a grill/pub and a pizza place (that delivers) right on the corner, so, even though we were only a short car ride to anywhere in Myrtle, most days we just walked down to the corner. The Apache Pier was right down the beach and we sat out on the end of it to watch the sunrise. Everything was perfect right down to the soft oversized towels and fully stocked kitchen! We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Myrtle Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I am a resident of Myrtle Beach. I own a seasonal resturant in Myrtle Beach and currently live in Shipwatch pt 1. This makes it helpful to my renters that if any problems occur I am close by.
Why the Owner Chose Shipwatch Pointe 2:
Shipwatch pt II is a very well maintained complex. The grounds are beautiful and a full time maintenance guy is on property 6 days of the week to insure that this complex always looks great.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I do not stay at this location but I do stay in Shipwatch I. I believe this location of Myrtle Beach is the best location as everywhere is close by. You are 15 minutes or less from anywhere. From Broadway at the beach to Barefoot landing. We are minutes away for resturant row and tanger outlets. Even their is alot in walking distance. This location is a dead end street lined with private condos.
