Excellent and CLEAN!

We had three couples stay and had plenty of space. The kitchen is huge, the bathrooms are big and the whole place is very clean! It has covered parking under the unit which is perfect for keeping a boat trailer (The condos do not allow a trailer to be parked anywhere but underneath). We had enough room to park the trailer (for a 20ft boat), a large truck, and a small SUV all under the unit. It does not have a view of the water but who wants to watch the water when you can be in it. Not to mention it saves you a bundle! The decorations are perfect for a beach house. This would be a great place for a family since it has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. If you are bringing a boat it is yards away from the canal where you can keep your boat. We reserved boat spot # 29 which was a perfect location. We spent the weekend boating in the bay so we didn't get a chance to see the private beach but I heard it is beautiful, quiet, and well kept. Over all this is a WONDERFUL house and a GREAT resort.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
