  We loved staying at this property. We especially loved being able to walk to the beach and the pool from the house. We think the beach area on this end of the island is the best-less people, more shells, and lots of sandbars to walk on during low tide. The beach access is limited during high tide, but low tide always hit at the time we wanted to be on the beach, otherwise we were at the pool or riding the nice bikes that come with the rental. The bikes were a big plus for us, and we enjoyed riding around the island every morning and evening. The house is exceptionaly clean and well maintained, and has everything you need. We also liked the balcony porch off of the dining area, as we spent many mornings wathching the golfers tee off, and the evenings watching the deer roam the golf course. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting an enjoyable vacation, as well, as a memorable one.

  We had a great time on Fripp in the Ocean Point community. Lovely views and comfortable accommodations. We especially liked all the decks!

  We had a wonderful week at your home. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The floor plan is great for family meals, games, ping pong tournaments and movie viewing. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed having breakfast everyday on the great deck overlooking the golf course. Having a pool so close and also a golf cart for island use is also a plus. The ocean view from the pool at night is the best on the island. There was plenty of room for the six of us to relax and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Marina, Johnson Creek Tavern, and the Foolish Frog. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

  I love this house! I'm very particular about cleanliness, and this house exceeded my expectations. The beds are so comfortable with top of the line bedding and extras like cotton blankets, cotton quilts, and bedspreads. The patio furniture is so comfortable and I loved having 2 different sofa areas. We used the golf cart, bikes, ping pong, beach chairs and grill. I have never stayed in a rental that provided so much and at such a great price. We will be back! Jan-Alabama.

  Part of our immediate family met at Fripp Island for a lovely wedding weekend. It was a blast! I am very finicky about cleanliness of rental property. This property is just as the homeowner describes. I was elated. It was very clean and we were all very comfortable. It is decorated very nicely with a beachy feel but with style and taste. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to walk around and work out our individual kitchen duties, and was well stocked with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal. The pictures most definitely reflected the homes ambiance and amenities. We have been to Fripp many times and I knew I wanted to be at Ocean point, my favorite part of the Island. When I saw this listing I was sold. The golf cart and bicycles, the location to the pool and ocean are wonderful. The homeowner is a charm to work with and very willing to help you in any way. The rental process was easy and she wanted us to call her if there was anything wrong when we arrived. Needless to say everything was perfect. I hope to stay here again soon, and you should too. Thank you for the memories!

  This property was beautiful. It was very well decorated, comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and it did not have the "musty" smell that accompanies many seaside properties. The beds and linens were exemplary, not what you expect from a rental. We would absolutely come back.

  We stayed at this home the week of August 25, 2012. The house was extremely clean and the rooms just as depicted on the website photos. The two larger bedrooms were very nice and shared access to a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean between homes across the street! We loved that the owner provided soaps in the bathrooms, shower gels, and even left laundry and dish soap to hold us over until we did our shopping. The master bedroom spa tub was fabulous at the end of a day at the beach! The owner of this home could not have been more helpful. We received inquiries as to the number of access cards, bikes, chairs, etc we would like to have left for us. This house overlooks the driving range and 10th hole of the Ocean Point Golf course from the back as well as a lovely waterway. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching our son on course. The course, driving range, pool, and Ocean Point Grille are all very close, as is the beach access at low tide. The home home had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation! We especially enjoyed the marina at Fripp Island for boat rentals and found some amazing shells as well as secluded beach at nearby Bulls Pointe. The dolphins in the sound got surprisingly close to our boat. We also took trips to the Charleston City Market and Jestine's Restaurant was great! We reached Savannah in about an hour and took several historic tours in this beautiful city. Beaufort has several wonderful coffee shops and the Q on Bay restaurant is a wonderful place to sit outside and look over the bay for an eveing meal!

  The house is very comfortable and decorated very nice. The beds slept very good. We all enjoyed the golf cart very much! I would rent this house again.

  We could not have enjoyed our stay more!!! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. The house was immaculate. The owner is a joy to work with, and the golf cart and bicycles make this rental home very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend the house and renting through VRBO! We loved the location, the views, and the close proximity to the pool!
