The 2nd level of the home boasts the common gathering space that will create the perfect environment for entertaining or relaxing. The large open space perfectly blends the living room with 60’ flat screen, multiple couches and chairs that blend comfort and style, 8 person dining room table, oversized kitchen island with additional seating, full gourmet kitchen, sun room, and access to a screened in porch with fireplace and plenty of seating. The 2nd floor also features a half bath and separate sitting/cigar room for that quiet getaway or engaging conversation. This room also has a mounted flat screen TV. The third floor features a bedroom with three twin beds and TV, as well as the palatial master suite. From the comfortable king size bed, one can look out the sliding glass doors and see the Atlantic Ocean. As you step out onto this private deck, you will be greeted with panoramic views of the ocean, pristine marsh system, and live oak trees that make Kiawah famous. The master suite also houses a bathroom that is fit for royalty. From the masterful tile work, large tub, oversized walk in shower with multiple jets, 2 separate toilet rooms, his and her sinks and dressing areas, this bathroom has it all!
