Located on Truckee River and open to the Tahoe National Forest, this vacation house is sure to be a Delight. This is a 2 level vacation rental home with plenty of space. As you enter the house you’ll find an open living concept with a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms on this floor, there is also a deck with Gas BBQ and outside sitting. You’ll love the kitchen in this vacation house, whether you like to cook or not, there is everything you’ll ever need, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and even a wine cooler. The second floor is the gem of our Truckee River Vacation Home. As you make your way upstairs you’ll find a huge Game Room with high vaulted ceilings, a pool table, home theater, a wet bar with sink, wine cooler and a gas stove. This is sure to be the favorite spot for your entire group. The master bedroom with 1.5 baths is on the same floor. Enjoy a glass of wine or a book on the deck listening to the sounds of Truckee River. There is so much to do here, very close to Squaw Valley for all our summer and winter activities, don’t forget your kayaks, bikes, fishing poles. Get in your kayak in your own back yard and go down Truckee River as far as you wish or get on the bike and take the path all the way to Lake Tahoe enjoying the beautiful sceneries.
Whatever the Season of the year, there is plenty to see and do in Truckee. From the unbelievable beauty of the Mountains surrounding Donner Lake, to the charming Downtown Truckee Commercial Row full of quaint shops and restaurants to explore.

This was the perfect cabin for a family vacation. With six adults and three children, we never felt short on space. The cabin was fully stocked and met our every need. The outside was even better with the beautiful Truckee River in our backyard. Topping the cabin and yard was the outstanding service given by Dana. We managed to find some reason to email her daily on our vacation and every question was answered quickly and kindly. This was a New Year\'s we won\'t forget and hope to repeat often.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This was a beautiful house in Olympic Valley close enough to Truckee for shopping and necesities. It was fully equipped for what we needed and even had extras. Tahoe Signatures Properties was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a marvelous Christmas experience. Thank you Dana for all your help.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We've enjoyed this place a lot, came to Truckee on a skiing trip and had a blast, easy access to Squaw Valley but at the same time away from the crowd, we've rented the 2 bedroom suite and one of the hotel style rooms, very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Dana for the nice gift at arrival, we'll be back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a great time staying at the Chateaux! You feel like family staying here - everyone we spoke to was very nice and our needs were not just met but entirely fulfilled - this place could hold 10 people, but even with just 4 it felt warm and comforting, not a cold echoing cabin experience. The rounded walls, the fireplace, the beautiful land behind the property, the great decks for hanging out with morning coffee - it was all great! Plenty of places to buy food to make in the kitchenette, and plenty of local places to go out for meals - since we had 2 kid we had breakfast and snacks in the Chateaux, and the rest of the time ate out where suggested by our host - great suggestions, again going above and beyond what is required - what we liked least was leaving.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
