  Julie and her team were really responsive and helpful. This house is used on craigslist as a vacation rental scam so when I initially inquired about this house on craigslist, it was a totally different person who was really vague about me taking a look at the property before putting in a deposit. However, when I saw this same listing on VRBO, the contact person was Julie and she immediately informed me of the issues she had been having with the fake craigslist listing and told me she was trying to fight it. She showed me the property and I was assured this was a legitimate rental. The stay at the house was very comfortable and all the amenities were fresh and clean. They had extra linens and towels and all the soaps were filled and they even had several beautiful orchids around the house. The cleaning people really did a great job and the house is very well maintained. I would totally rent the property again for a family gathering.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The house is beautiful and located close to the ocean and the park. It's an easy walk to both. We were pleased with the view of the ocean from the front window. This was especially nice for older travelers who had a hard time walking up and down stairs. Parking was easy with two spaces at the house. Our only complaint was the beds. We too found them to be VERY firm. A few of us even checked in the morning to see if we were really on a board with a little padding on top. That being said, we all slept well, and enjoyed our stay.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  I cannot say enough about how nice this rental was for our group. We had ten people who came from 4 different locations to San Francisco so we could see the play Wicked. We were right next to the park and public transportation that took us all over the city. The house was very clean, the amenities were fantastic and the layout was perfect for our group. Our teenagers stayed downstairs and the adults stayed upstairs so no one lost any sleep. Every time we turned around there was something else nice that the owners had done to make our stay fantastic.   We made a very last-minute reservation and everything went without a hitch! House is well stocked with kitchenware, linens, and extra pillows/blankets in the closets. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy. Very clean and beautifully furnished! We took a day-trip to Land's End which is a good hike away. Close to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, as well as public transit.

  We stayed at this home and were amazed at how great the views and the neighborhood are. Very quiet and peaceful, close to everything. The interior design and construction is 5 out of 5 stars. This house was perfect and we will be coming back based on our great experience.

  This was my first ever attempt at renting a house for a large family get-together. The house exceeded the pictures. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was stellar. A couple of glitches were resolved creatively, but on the whole it was a lovely place that I was lucky to find.

  The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The ocean view is priceless for watching the sunset. We walked to the beach every day. A special thank to Julie for all your help We had a wonderful and memorable reunion at your place

  Julie's home was perfect! Easy access into town, GG Park, GG Bridge, walk to the ocean, etc. The home was so perfect for all of us. So clean and well stocked with everything! And a nice bottle of wine upon arrival! Thanks Julie.... If we had anything negative to say, it would be the extremely firm mattresses in all the bedrooms... perhaps because we aren't used to them so firm... but we slept well just the same! Lastly, we were having difficulty with the tv in the living room, but they were over very quickly and had it working... the one in the master was not functioning during our visit, and they were willing to have someone come to work on it, but we really did not need it for our stay. I would imagine with their attention to detail, it is resolved by now. Bathrooms very clean and lots of nice fresh linens! We will be back... thank you Julie for such a great home!

  Rented to attend a business conference. Best way to go -- we all had our own rooms, yet we could chat together whenever we wanted to. The place was beautifully appointed and spotless. I'd highly recommend this place for your trip to San Francisco. And the owner was a dream to work with -- what more could you want?

  The 7 of us all agree this house was exceptional. We recommend it highly. From this location we made made forys to Fisherman's Wharf, the beach, Muirwoods, wine country, GGB, etc and had a wonderful time. Everything in the house was as advertised. The only issue for all of us were the extreme firmness of the mattresses, but we all had no difficulty sleeping. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. If you are contemplating staying in San Francisco please consider this residence.
