  The condo, the view, the beach, and the pools are really nice. Cinnamon beach is a quiet place to kick back and relax. Nearby restaurants from Flagler to St. Augustine are excellent.<br/><br/>The cable needs fixed (I had to re-wire it myself as the cable box was de-activated). The bed in the master bedroom is uncomfortable. The porch furniture needs to be replaced.<br/><br/>Other than this, the condo, resort, and location are excellent.

  This was a beautiful condo, and the view of the ocean was spectacular! The patio overlooked the ocean, and we spent a fair amount of time out there. However, the place needed some repairs...the wood floor had a huge bump in it that appeared to be from<br/> buckled panels...the bunk bed in one of the rooms was broken, with one full bunk bed missing...the internet did not work until the guy came to fix it. As well, the door handles were loose, and the toilet in the smaller bathroom would run and run unless you<br/> jiggled the handle. However, despite these flaws, we loved the place, and very much enjoyed our stay. The place comes with all the dishes you will need, and towels, and the amenities at the resort are great! (pools, hot tubs, beach, etc).

  The amenities and location were great. However, we received a call advising that cleaning staff would not be out until 4:00p.m., after our check in time. Upon arrival, bedding was still wet, we had to call for wash clothes that were not available, and we were told there would be two singles and a double in one of the bed roooms. There were three singles which impacted our sleeping plans. <br/>The Property Manager came over and addressed these concerns. Even went out and bought a single blow up mattress.

  It was our understanding that we would get to use all 8 pools from all of the properties when we booked the place. We were allowed to use the 2 pools at cinnamon beach. The pools were great, but there were way too many rules at the oceanside pool to let our teens even go there. The beach was beautiful, and the condo was nice. I'm glad we had a couple of kids who stayed home, as one of the bunk beds was broken. It claimed to have 4 beds, it had 3 in the kids room. I loved the place until our elevator broke for two days and we had to walk to the 6th floor. This was way overpriced to have the elevator break down for 2 days. I will not come back again. Next time, we are going to Daytona Beach with our family.

  We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach!<br/><br/>I was initially concerned with the pictures of rocks on the beach. Our group of seven spends a lot of time in the water and was worried of potential injury from the rocks. It turned out that those rocks were only located in one small area (~25 ft across). We took note of where the rocks were located during low tide and had no problem avoiding them. We spent lots of time in the water riding the waves and watching the dolphins! <br/><br/>The condo was great. My only complaint would be the patio furniture. It is quite dirty. Even a simple pressure washing of the patio and furniture would help. Otherwise, we loved it.<br/><br/>We can't wait for our next trip back.<br/>

  This is a beautiful condo and we will be back. I remember reading an earlier comment about this in older reviews and it doesn't seem this has been addressed... The unit really does need to have some items stocked: laundry basket to move clothes, kitchen items such as a stock bock, serving/mixing bowls, different sized glasses and flatware service for at least 8 - there were four dinner forks and we were a party of five. A trash can in the second bathroom. A knife sharpener - the knives are incredibly dull. Almost non usable. I purchased and left behind some measuring cups/spoons as well as some food storage containers. I realize this is a self catered condo but this goes beyond basic consumables and should be there. It is truly beautiful, however, and we will be back. We drive from Atlanta and will simply load up several items from the pantry. Also, the phone service was not working. Seemed to be disconnected. Could not call in to that number. The patio furniture is showing some serious wear as was some of the bedding. Nothing to alarming. The rest of the unit is so beautifully appointed. There was a slight mix up in our reservation and I caught it. I sent an email and received a very prompt reply from your staff. The entire reservation experience was great. It is a bit of a distance from the pool, but we brought our bikes and that made it a snap. Beautiful area & facility. Beaches & Pool were just busy enough. We truly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!

  The condo was very nice and the view beautiful. The pool is very nice (heated pool-yeah!) although it is quite a walk. Also, we were not informed that the beach side pool was going to be closed 7 of our 9 days. That was quite disappointing. Weather was really great for the end of February/first of March. Very private location, condo is convenient to grocery, and lovely beach with shells. Very nice vacation.

  My brothers and I went down for the races. Had a great stay here. Location was fabulous,lots of good places to eat and the weather was great. Only problem we had was with the phone in the suite. It was supposed to be free long distance and we never even made one call.Just could not get through to anybody in Canada. We never called management about it though. I seen other reviews and this seems to be a recurring problem. We would stay here again though and ask about it next time. We also liked it cause it has its own security. Overall a great place.
