  We stayed at this wonderful house in Fort Lauderdale in August. We're from The Netherlands and we stayed there with our 3 kids ( ages 15, 12, 12 ). The house was just perfect. Squeeky clean. Exceptional. You can definitely see that the owner cares a lot about the visitors. Everything was in good condition, and the garden and pool are very well maintained. My wife loves to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the pool. The house is situated in a nice and quite neighborhood. I can't say enough about this place.....fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We're already making plans to return. Thanks Lincoln. We had a great stay here. Lodewijk Bottelier

  My three friends and I rented the house for a long weekend. Everything in the house was true to the listing. Bedrooms were private, bathrooms were updated, living space was abundant, and the kitchem far exceeded our expectations. The backyard was surprisingly lush and tropical--we saw many wild parakeets! The pool was clean and enjoyable, too. The neighborhood was very quiet and is centrally located to bars and restaurants. My only suggestion to the owner is to supply larger pool towels (beach size) and more regular white towels (for showering). While there is a new top loading washer and dryer with plenty of detergent available for use, more towels would've cut down on the number of loads we had to do, which would ultimately cut down on the owners' utility expenses. I would rent this property again.

  I recently stayed at this property with my partner and parents and I cannot honestly say enough good things about this beautiful property! 1st of all - the house is stunning and amazingly comfortable. It immediately felt like home, but with a little more class. The upscale furnishings and extra touches truly take this property to the next level. It truly looks as amazing as the pictures. 2nd - the area is perfect, we usually visit Wilton Manors twice a year and being that this house is so close to everything - you simpy cannot go wrong. Bars, restaurants, shopping, whatever you are looking for -it really is a fantastic place to visit. 3rd - The house was very well equiped and we found everything with ease. Plus the property manager took the time to have everything prepared for our arrival so all possible questions had answers before we walked in the door - I felt 100% prepared for my stay. 4th - The pool area is stunning. It is a resort all on its own. The pool is heated and large - it is the best backyard oasis anyone could dream of. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice, I really was stunned at how gorgeous it was. It was private, sheltered from the wind, and plenty of sun! 5th - The house was large enough that everyone could be in the kitchen doing their own thing and not be bumping into one another. The house has a great layout, which allows for the those who need a little space to have it no problem at all. 6th - It was immaculately clean. I was amazed at how clean this home was - I was inspired to keep my own home cleaner because of this place :-) Thank you to Lincoln! He made our stay welcoming and most enjoyable, I can not imagine staying at another property - this home truly sets the bar in amazing rentals. Truly could not have been happier with my vacation.
