  We have another timeshare up in SLT and usually use that, but due to the size of the group and timeshare availability we stayed here. SO glad we did. This place was fully stocked, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The hot tub and gas grill was a huge hit and the rooms were a great size with COMFORTABLE, quality beds. The family has now eliminated the timeshare as an option when we go to SLT from now on. Our family drove up from Sacramento to spend the day with us and BBQ and they were impressed by the rental as well. The pictures represent the property accurately. Note: All the bedrooms are upstairs, it wasn't an issue for us but if you are traveling with elderly people or individuals with disabilities I would take that into consideration.

  The house was more than we expected!! It was beautiful. We went to Tahoe for a girls weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much so...We are definitely going to look into the house for future visits, for both family getaways and girls weekends again. Thank you

  The pictures represent what you get and the space was great. It had all the amenities to make a great ski vacation, good heating, great spa, large garage and convenient laundry.

  Our stay was amazing here. The location is great and it is just about 10 min. to the stores and 25 to the closest ski resort. The house was amazing and clean when we entered. It was so easy to get inside using the key pad. Overall, we had an amazing time!

  We spent our Christmas holiday at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was apple space for us and quite comfortable. The location was perfect as well. Very friendly neighbors as well. We also felt well taken care of by the property management and Rick was just a phone call away, in case we had any problems. One of the best perks was having access to the garage. We never had to clean snow off our car, which made my husband very happy! We would definitely stay here again, Thank you

  This was a perfect house for our family of four plus grandparents. It had all the ammenities for a simple and fun stay in Tahoe. The location was great - close to shopping, hiking, a park, bike riding and more. We can't wait to go back!

  "What a beautiful home!" That is what my friends and I kept saying over and over again the entire time we were there. We couldn't get over the granite counter tops, the awesome sound system, the gas grill, and, of course, the fantastic hot tub. The photos didn't even do the place justice. It was so much better than we expected! Everything was really clean and the owners were exceedingly helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to large groups of friends. It's about a 15 minute drive from the lake and from the casinos so cab fare ends up being about $20 each way. Overall, we decided that this will be our spot every year from now on!

  My husband , 2 children (ages 10 & 6) & I stayed here for our Spring Break week. When we booked this back in January, we were hoping for snow! However, when we arrived, it was 65 degrees and we were in T-shirts! We took the Dixie Queen ferry tour of the lake. PERFECT weather. On day 3 it started to snow. We decided to take the gondola up to Heavenly & go tubing. (Luckily we'd checked the weather prior to packing so I knew to pack our snow gear). The kids had a great time making a snow man. We had the best of both worlds! My only complant(s): 1) The cookware STICKS!! Eggs-ruined. I even used butter on the bottom! The bacon in it's own grease stuck to the bottom too. :( 2) There were no kitchen towels. I had to purchase my own. No biggie--needed new ones for home anyway! 3) No cleaning products. I admit, I like clean. When I cooked my bacon, and it splattered on the granite countertop, all I had to clean with is a sponge and dish soap. It left streaks. All in all, it was a perfect home! I would recommend that maybe they invest in more wine glasses (there was only one) and a griddle/skillet for pancakes. The rental process was extremely EASY. The price was very reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was perfect--not too small, yet big enough that we weren't on top of each other. Everything (shopping, casinos, gondola, ferry) was within minutes of home. It was a perfect vacation!!

  Me and 11 buddies went up for my Bachelor party and we had a great time. The casinos are just a 20 dollar cab ride away- split that between 4 people and it's cheap! This property was a great location, extremely comfy beds. Must've been temperpedic! The hot tub was amazing and we even played some wii that was already there and set up. It's a big house and the inside is beautiful. This place is a great price and has everything you need! Bring your own clothes and food, and you got yourself a fully loaded house. Remember to inspect the house right when u get there to check if anything is broken , there was a halfway broken chair and a broken toilet paper holder, I called the property manager right away and he kindly said he was aware of both and not to worry about it. No complaints from me I had a great time. I guess I wish they had a large recycling can because we drank a LOT of beer and didn't have a place to put the empties. That's all folks
