And you’re on the SAFEST beach in the bay! Where else can you wade in 50 yards without getting your suit wet? With no rocks or undertow, our beach is a water wonderland … and one of the few Vallarta beaches with LIFEGUARDS and SECURITY! Midway between Paradise Village and the town of Bucerias, you can walk 5 miles in each direction on FLAT sand, or body surf to your heart’s content.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is upscale and luxurious. There is a 2 sided view of the ocean and mountains from your patio AND from your living-room couch! The king master bedroom faces its own beachfront terrace for that fantasy morning coffee or that beachfront nite-cap before the waves lull you to sleep. The 2nd bedroom can be configured as a king or two twin beds. And even though you’re in Mexico, you can watch your favorite US Networks or movies on our 200 channel satellite TVs, surf the web with our wi-fi and enjoy free calls to US and Canada via magic jack. Along with the outrageous view, the patio has a gas BBQ, dining for 6, sunshades, and speakers connected to the satellite music channels.
The HEATED infinity pool has swim-up barstools and a picnic area with gas grill; and also a children's shallow section. The 24/7 guarded and gated common area includes our private canopied beach area... roped off to minimize those pesky beach vendors.

Consequently, you’ll find it equipped with all the appliances and conveniences you are used to. Basic condiments, boogie boards and pool toys; stereo/DVD, boom box, and even your own gas BBQ on the terrace are some of the items not usually seen in other choices. Since you deal directly with the owners, including local interface, custom requests can usually be accommodated; such as pre-arrival grocery shopping, pet considerations, additional maid service, long stay discounts, etc.

Cabs and buses outside your door, can deliver you to the artsy and colonial splendor of Puerto Vallarta within 25 minutes. But if you’re tired of crowds, there are many new restaurants, convenience stores, and spas near the condo. Play tennis, or choose from 3 golf courses, adventure tours, or even a Walmart/cinema complex, all within 5 minutes! There’s even a mall just up the road, and the neighboring towns (Bucerias, La Cruz) offer all the attractions of Mexican fishing villages. (See map references).

We just came back from spending a wonderful month at Lisa and Bob’s condo at Kite. We had visited the condo last year when we were in Nuevo Vallarta and were impressed. Our dealings with Lisa and Bob were very efficient - they were always very quick to respond and to answer all of our questions. They also live in the area and were within a phone call away if case we needed something. The Kite complex is very well located on a beautiful stretch of beach in Nuevo Vallarta, within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and Paradise Plaza for coffee, lunch or shopping. No need to rent a car, the bus stop is closeby for trips to Puerto Vallarta or other destinations. The Kite complex is extremely well maintained, with security at the street and beach accesses. Each tower has its own infiniti heated pool which are absolutely beautiful right on the beach. The condo itself was very clean and very well equipped, with beautiful furniture. We also appreciated the satellite TV with American and Canadian channels as well as the high speed internet. We have rented a number of condos in the past, but have never rented one with a kitchen as well equipped. One of the great attributes is the extraordinary view on the Bay of Banderas. We spent so much time on the balcony admiring the view, looking at morning activity on the beach and the extraordinary sunsets every night. Lisa and Bob, we loved every minute of our stay in your condo. Thank you very much!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My partner and I had the great good fortune to find this rental - just when we needed it most! We were in between long term rentals and needed R&R - and this was a wonderful solution. Decor of the house was beautiful with fine quality bedding, furniture, kitchen supplies, linens. It was refined and comfortable and sophisticated, from the marble floors and baths to the fixtures and appliances - the best we had seen in Mexico. The most remarkable feature was the sea - watching the moods of Banderas Bay, with its changing colors and lights, and feeling the sweet strong sea breezes. We loved hearing the waves, the wind and the sounds of birds every day. What a view. The beach in Nuevo is immaculate, unlike much of Pacific Mexico, with low waves, and clean, flat sand. That would explain the happiness of the families, the beach walkers, plus the hanggliders and kitesurfers, who we saw skimming the waves! Highly recommend this rental, not only for its comfort and style, but because of the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the owners, who were very good to us. This is an outstanding vacation rental. We loved staying here.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

About the owner: After 15 years of annual Vallarta vacations, Bob moved here, full time, from Colorado. His wife is a Mexican national who also holds an Amercan passport and is fully bilingual. They are retired and live in Puerto Vallarta. They prefer to stay in this condo as much as vacancy permits.
