This impressive 3 bedroom has so much to offer. With its rich, dark hardwood floors the entry hallway opens up into the spacious living and dining area. The light-filled living area consists of a sofa sleeper, TV, DVD, and ipod docking station and the dining area seats 12. This area opens up into the first of three balconies. This beautiful oversize balcony has seating for 6 and an amazing view of Barrett Square in the heart of Rosemary Beach.
The exquisite kitchen decorated with the beautiful colors of the sea compliment the view of the amazing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and range and a Kitchenaid refrigerator with ice and water in the door.
On the first floor, the master suite is a peaceful retreat. This bedroom has a king bed, connecting bathroom, TV/DVD, and a private balcony. The lovely bathroom is finished with Carrera marble and glass tiles. And the balcony is a refreshing escape.
There is also a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and TV/DVD, a bunk area in the hall for 2, and a bathroom that serves both.
Climb the stairs up to 'the loft' that features a wet bar, dining area with 4 chairs, living area with TV/DVD, and view overlooking the living/dining and balcony downstairs. The wonderful private master suite features a spacious bedroom, gulf view balcony, and beautiful bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and TV/DVD and opens up to the balcony with views of the gulf. The bathroom features two vanities with a large shower and is finished in subtle colors of white, green and blue seen in the Carrera marble, quartz countertops, and glass tiles used throughout.

We have been going to Rosemary for 6 years a few times a year...This was by FAR are favorite place to stay!!! SUPER awesome location in town! Beautifully decorated and VERY clean! Enough space to really spread out and enjoy your living areas. We LOVED hanging out on the HUGE balcony and watching all the "happenings" in town. The management company could not have been better to work with and we are booking our next trip there as we speak! I highly recommend this wonderful condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a great time at the loft! There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The loft is well maintained, and it was great having the master bedroom upstairs and all the other bedrooms downstairs! The loft is in a great location. We loved being right on Barrett Square and we liked that it was just a short walk to the beach. We loved dining on the patio both in the morning and evening! We would definitely stay here again. The rental company was great to work with...they were really helpful!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Stayed here with our 2 adult children, our daughter in law and another adult friend. Home was spacious clean and offered great views of the town and a slight gulf view from the master bedroom balcony. We really enjoyed the large balcony off of the living space on the main level. It was cool enough to open the double french doors and enjoy the fresh air. The upstairs sitting area/den was another great amenity. It has its own ice maker and refrigerator and made for a comfortable place to hole up with a book. The location on the north side of Barrett Square is convenient to several shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach (5 min or less). The only negatives for us were a lack of adequate cookware - there was only one small skillet and a couple of pots and the unit was starting to show signs of needing a paint job. However based on the current photographs it appears to have been refurbished with new furnishings so I'll bet it was painted too. The property management firm by-the-way was wonderful to work with and considerate of our suggestions. We would definetly consider this unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
