Flat screen TV and DVD player, copy machine, fax, refrigerator, wireless internet, modern shower, and an assortment of games. 5 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and McCarran airport. Walk to bus line, shopping & Sunset regional park. Well mannered dogs and kids welcomed. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Blow up mattress okay for up to 2 more. Property owners onsite will to assist with directions, and tips for exploring our fabulous city.

The Casita was as advertised. It had everything we needed. Carrie was a great help, provided us with a cooler for our drinks (no frig in the Casita), and extra towels/washcloths; and give us all the information and advice we needed to enjoy our brief stay in Las Vegas. You can drive to the strip in 10 minutes from here. Carrie's dog Millie greeted us each moring--she's so cute and well-behaved. No dog-lover would be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
I've lived here nearly 20 years and sincerely love this town. Lately, we've noticed the hotel rates for some of the big weekends here in town and just felt that it was too much! We want folks to come and enjoy their experience in our fair city, and not feel taken advantaged of. So..we're opening up our home for a few weekends a year to spread our love of the city and hopefully meet a few more people to love in the process :)
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
The location is what is ideal about our property. You really can't get any closer to the action and still be in a residential area. Many pilots for the airport live in the area. We are immediately off of the 215 near the I 15 so immediate access to the entire city is ideal.
