This luxurious villa is set on a large lot in a modern community, situated in the popular Sarasota area. Restaurants, shops, and other amenities are only two minutes drive from the villa.
Various beaches are only a short drive. You have the choice of Great beaches with Lido Beach (Near St Armands Circle) being the closest, aprox 20 minute drive. Other great beaches such as those on Siesta Key or Anna Maria Island are only a short distance further.
The home is excellently located giving quick access to the University Parkway area of Sarasota that has seen a recent explosion of development that includes premier shopping and restaurents. The Newly built Lakewood Ranch Town Centre is just 15 minutes away.
The home is perfect for those wanting to commute using Sarasota International Airport which is only 5 minutes away (Don't worry, not on the flight path!) Tampa Airport is aprox 45 minutes.
Other atractions such as the Ringling Museums, Downtown Sarasota, St Armands Circle and Sarasota Bayfront can all be reached within a 20 minute drive.

The villa is light and bright with neutral décor and has a cool, calm, relaxed feeling throughout and is fully air-conditioned, with optional ceiling fans.
The lush landscaping and pool are maintained weekly.
For your safety there are smoke detectors throughout the home and also a fire extinguisher.
The Family room is furnished with a sofa and love seat, coffee table, side table, table lamps, big screen cable TV, with sliding patio doors leading to pool and lanai area.
The additional Living room is furnished with a sofa and love seat, side table, table lamps, with sliding patio doors leading to pool and lanai area.
The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a light wood dining table and chairs.
The large, bright kitchen with tile flooring is fully equipped to a high standard. Appliances include range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchenware.
The utility room has large washer and dryer and upper cabinets.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and two large walk-in closets. The room has an armoire with TV, two night stands and lamps with sliding patio doors leading to pool and lanai area.
