  My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for 10 days in May, and it was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. There was plenty of space for multiple couples or a family, though. The condo has an excellent location, a very short walk to both the beach and downtown. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and local Costa Rican handicrafts. It also has nice walk-out patios - one from each of the bedrooms and one from the living room - with gorgeous views. The complex has a nice infinity pool overlooking the beach, and is very secure, with guards on duty 24-hours per day. It was great having a full kitchen, allowing us to cook meals and save money on food. There was also a washer and dryer, so we could do our own laundry and pack light. Flamingo Beach is a very nice, quiet beach town, and there are many other pretty beaches just a short drive or bus ride away.

  This condo is luxurious! It has an awesome ocean view and the sunsets are breathtaking! When we weren't at the ocean or sightseeing the area, we cooked our meals on high quality equipment and enjoyed down time on the comfortable couch watching the flat screen. What ever we wanted was a short walk (ocean, restaurants, nightlife) or a short drive (grocery store, nightlife, CR activities outside Flamingo) away. Parking was a snap with open spaces right outside the front door. Everything the description says and the pictures posted about the condo is is accurate. Any questions I had regarding our trip were answered by the owner in a professional and timely manner. We rented Oceania 822 from March 1st through the 10th. The weather was perfect and no rain. Bugs were no problem and locals are extremely friendly. If I had to recommend one activity it would be; Sky Trek (zip-lining) near Arenal Volcano and staying the night at Bali Hot Springs and Hotel. I highly recommend this condo and we'll be back again!

  My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week and it was wonderful! The condo itself is furnished very tastefully and had everything that we needed to stay there for an extended amount of time. I cooked dinner in the condo about four times, and the kitchen had everything that we needed for those meals. I also used the washer and dryer, which worked great. From the patio, we had a perfect view of the beach and the ocean and what a view of the sunset! We used the TV and DVD player, which both worked great as well. The condo complex seemed very safe. There were always at least two guards patrolling the parking area and the entrance, so we felt that our car was very secure. The beach was so close to the condo and it was really nice! The sand was clean and soft, and it wasn't ever too busy when we were there. The Flamingo beach area was very nice as well. There was a grocery store not too far away, and several very good restaurants extrememly close. Our favorite was Mar y Sol, it was wonderful! If you are looking for a place to vacation with a beautiful beach, good restaurants, and plenty of places to book an awesome excursion, this condo is it. It was a great price too!

  I stayed at this condo for two weeks and it was absolutely amazing. It has a breath taking view of the ocean from a large balcony. The rooms and living room furnature were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby the entire trip. Getting to the beach was very easy, only a few minute walk. If the beach ended up being too warm, the pool was a perfect break from the heat. Even the pool has an incredible ocean view! I would basically walk down to the beach in the morning after breakfast, come back to the condo for a break from the sun, hit the pool to cool off, then back to the beach. This condo is truly all you need at Flamingo Beach. A perfect mix of luxary, affordability, and convenience. I can't wait to stay there again! FIVE STARS!!!!I

  My 8 day vacation was heaven on earth with the help of the beach (located across the street), and this condo! This brand new condo is everything advertised, complete with new furniture and plenty of room! The house had just the right feel for an amazing vacation. All the interior amenities (including the beds) were of excellent quality! Great location, many local shops and restaurants were just a few steps away from this awesome retreat! The condo was even more lavish than I expected, as the pictures do not do justice! This condo is located on the best beach (as I toured all of them) in Costa Rica! Each morning began with enjoying coffee on balcony while overlooking the beach and ocean. -Imagine making the tough decision of starting in the ocean or trying out this condo's relaxing pool!!! I am certainly coming back with more friends/family, as this location is perfect! Many great days lay ahead of you when you vacation here! Absolutely amazing is all I can say!

  This condo is in a great location very close to the white sand beach of Flamingo. I have been all around Costa Rica and many other places in Mexico and Central and South America and Flamingo Beach is one of the nicest beaches I have been to. While I stayed here the water was perfect and the waves were excellent for boogie boarding. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic... great sunsets! All of the furniture, art and decor was cool, modern, comfortable and brand new. There are four a/c units that kept the place very comfortable at night, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach which is very relaxing and romantic. The beds and linnens were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates, pots, pan...etc... the stainless steel appliances (and blender!) were brand new. Well stocked with lots of towels and beach towels as well. There is a large flat screen TV with many movie DVDs and cable TV and Wifi. The washer and dryer in the condo came in handy... I packed very light and washed my clothes a couple times. Sharon the manager is very nice, speaks fluent English and Spanish and is full of helpful advice. She can set you up with a great catamaran trip you will always remember. The condo is very clean and well managed. The infinity pool was a nice place to hang out and is very private. Short walks to the grocery store and really great restaurants like Mari Sol, Marie's and Angelina's. There is a Casino at the Flamingo Beach Resort and the bar there is a lively place to hang out and meet people as well. I would highly recommend staying in Flamingo Beach and this condominium!

  This condo is in a great location and is a very easy drive from the airport. The condo has new furniture with a modern kitchen. I have stayed here twice---good local water sports and attractions. I hope to be back again next fall.
