My daughter and I stayed here during the Far Western Qualifier Volleyball tournament. This condo was great! We had a nice, quiet, clean place to stay during a very busy tournament. I highly recommend this condo if need a place to stay in Reno.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I loved the little apartment. It had everything I was looking for and was neat, tidy and lovingly furnished. I will definitely stay here again. I loved the fact that it was quiet and i could go for pleasant short walks.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Condo was clean, adequate, and in a quiet location. Pond outside the kitchen and living room windows is pretty. A few minor additions would have improved our stay. Kitchen is equipped but could use a can opener (we had to borrow one from a neighbor) and matches or a lighter for candles. A measuring cup for cooking also would have been nice. The bathroom has one towel, so you need to bring your own, which was okay, but I wound up bringing towels for three people. The bathtub could use some kind of bathmat to prevent slipping. The living room futon couch is fine for one, but for two people, it's tight. I would recommend 2 or at most three people staying here. All in all, the condo was fine for a weekend.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 24 days while awaiting closing on our new home. We found the location perfect in that it was so close to South Virginia and McCarran; also great for proximity to golf (Rosewood Lakes) and hiking (Hidden Valley Park). The balcony overlooking a pond full of waterfowl (not just ducks) added a lot of charm to our stay. We also enjoyed having the convenience of in-unit washer and dryer and dependable internet connection. In addition, our interaction with the owner was a very positive experience. She was swift to respond to inquiries and very facilitating with our requests.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The condo is great and everything we needed was there. Now there's also WIFI available. Especially we enjoyed the location next to the duck pond, quite different to the big hotels and motels we stayed at Reno before. It feels like being out in the contryside even though the condo is not far from downtown Reno.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The property is constructed in a quiet, pond nature setting with ducks and geese. We enjoyed our stay but would prefer a property that had cable and internet service. The property was very clean and fit the description. The attractions we saw were Virginia City, Lake Tahoe and Pyramid Lake.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
Owner response: As of September 2012 we have installed a private Wi-Fi internet connection for our guests. In our continuous effort to keep prices low, and to add to the experience of a quiet relaxing retreat, we still don't offer cable TV. Any future changes will be reflected in this listing.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this condo Friday-Monday and we had a great time. The unit is well equiped, very quiet, clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and very helpful. It was a great get away from all the hotels and casinos but close enough in proximity to all locations. My daughter had a volleyball tournament and it was conviniently located and just a few minuets away from the convention center. I am looking forward to next year's tournament and will definitely book this unit again..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The unit was clean and cheery. A radio or music player would have been nice. There were no wash(face ) cloths with the linens. Overall we would stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: As of April 2012 we've added a radio/CD/MP3 player, as well as a flat screen TV with local broadcast channels, Blu-ray DVD player and VHS player. There is a small but diverse movie library available at the site. Guests could also bring their own audio or video content on any of the following formats: DVD, Blu-ray DVD, VHS, CD, MP3 CD, or USB flash drive with MP3 content. Any future changes will be reflected in this listing.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this bargain-priced condo. We wanted to go skiing at Lake Tahoe but didn't want to pay high hotel fees to be right at the mountain, and also wanted to be in close proximity to the Reno airport. Besides being reasonably priced, it was super clean with a nice layout and all the appliances and carpeting were brand new. A private bedroom sleeps 2, but a fold down couch in the living room sleeps 2 more, and there is also a queen comfy Airbed (great for kids!). We were able to make breakfast and heat up snacks, so we saved money. We were close to shopping, restaurants and the Reno casinos, but well-situated in a quiet and peaceful, natural setting on a duck pond. This condo was the perfect solution for us, this place fit all our needs--and was only a 40 min. drive to the Lake Tahoe slopes. We'll be back soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
