Boasting a new heated swimming pool and located just a few yards from the beach, our Casa Del Sol Beach House has everything you need for the perfect Palm Coast vacation. From new electronics to king-sized beds, it's got all the luxuries--and even a bonus crow's nest for golf and sunset viewing!
Casa Del Sol Beach House has 5 bedrooms and 2½ baths on a beautifully landscaped lot just steps from beach access. It sleeps 10 to 12 very comfortably (and if your group is even larger, consider renting the houses near by as well -- Mermaid House, Siena House and Seaduction). But the best part of the property is the sparkling, oh-so-inviting heated swimming pool in the backyard, with adjacent covered patio!
This pool is perfect for the whole family. Featuring shallow steps and a safety rail, it's ideal for older folks with stiff joints as well as small children. And it's heated, so no matter when you visit, you can jump right in any time! Just steps from the master bedroom, it's perfect for anyone who likes to begin the day in the water!
A generous paved area surrounds the pool, with a covered patio offering casual seating and a cooling ceiling fan -- just right when you want to grab a little downtime with a frosty drink as the kids splash around! This is a great place for dinner; it's only a few steps from the kitchen, and with year-round balmy weather, dining al fresco can be an everyday treat! Feel free to use the grill to fry up the catch of the day -- and don't forget the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate bars for the s'mores!
The pool is accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom with HDTV, yet is wonderfully private, thanks to a tall, verdant hedge. Ahhh -- this is really beach living!
When it's time to come indoors, it's hard to feel disappointed. The living room is immense, with plush carpeting, a big gas fireplace, and an entertainment center complete with HDTV and DVD player. An oversized recliner, an easy chair with ottoman, and 2 soft couches invite you to nap at any hour of the day -- and one of these couches converts into a double bed that sleeps 2. Put a favorite movie into the DVD player and enjoy some family-style downtime!
In one corner of the living area is our dining table. Truth to tell, most meals get carried out to the pool, so this table serves as a game and computer center most of the time. Toss a couple board games into your suitcase, too -- you might have time for a Monopoly battle one night!
You will love the kitchen at Casa Del Sol House. You'll find all the modern time-savers here, from coffeemaker to blender to microwave. A central island doubles as a breakfast bar. And you'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could ask for in our custom wooden cabinets. If you love to cook, you'll be in heaven, and if you don't, you'll be back out the door in no time!
While we're on the subject of household tasks, we have a full-sized washer and dryer at your disposal here. When you arrive, you'll find all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets needed for every bed and bath waiting for you, fresh and clean.
The master suite is simply luxurious, with a king-sized bed, HDTV, pool access, and a bathroom that features his-and-her vanities, a huge soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. If anyone in your party has accessibility issues, this is the room to give them. So spacious and well-appointed!
The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and HDTV, perfect for 2 families vacationing together. The third has a queen-sized bed and HDTV, the 4th has a queen sized bed, and the 5th 2 twins and HDTV. Two more bathrooms are convenient to these rooms. No waiting in line at Casa Del Sol House!
You will love the gated Ocean Hammock community in which Casa Del Sol House is located. The beach is just yards away. A private beach path to the beach is just in front of the house.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The condo was an amazing deal, well furnished and centrally located. It is right next to the pool, walking trails and the intercoastal. Furnished with everything we needed to have a memorable stay. Will stay here every time i visit Palm Coast. BOoked it at the very last minute and still got all the information needed to access the property before i arrived. We had a great time! The only thing that could have made it more perfect was if it were oceanfront! There were 9 women in this condo and we didn't feel overcrowded at all! We wish the pool didn't close so early (7 p.m). For anyone else reading, stay away from Cafe Gelato. The customer service...well, there was NO customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was cold, rude and made us feel as though we were annoying him. And only 2 of us went in! Unit did not have TV's in spare rooms as requested. The carpets did have stains and was somewhat dirty. We cleaned the floors while we were there(no big deal). Very few cooking items, had to purchase some items while there (again no big deal). Was a shock that this unit was 2 stories, we did not expect an up-stairs. We were not able to get the internet or the key-pad for the garage door to work. The property lacked a corkscrew, and a sponge for the sink, but what it lacked in these details it had in spades when it came to the head housekeeper, Krista. My brother and his wife were staying in the master bedroom and left behind a bag of soiled clothes in the closet. They didn't realize it until they arrived back home after a day's drive. I called the number beside Krista's name, it was answered immediately and she was extremely helpful. Not only that, but her manner made me feel like it was absolutely no problem for her to track down our lost clothing. She called me back within the hour to say that she had located the bag and we arraged to meet in a mutually convenient place. Again, Krista's manner made me smile. I met her with a car load of her staff, obviously between cleanings, and her smile lit up the parking lot. If Vacation Rental Pros' staff are all like Krista, you not only have a gold mine, but give your human resources person, who is in charge of hiring a gold star too. S/he certainly knows how to hire competent, and what is more important to me, caring staff! Thank you Krista. This condo was in a great location. Just 30 minutes to Daytona Beach or St Augustine. Only downside was the kitchen accessories (pots/pans)did not accomodate more than 4 people. Also was disappointed that outdoor pool wasso far away from condo. As reflected in the above ratings the property itself was great. Our problem was the night of our arrival we had driven 18 hours from Wisonsin because we wanted to golf the next day. When we arrived at the Security gate the guard did not have our name in any record and we could not get into the property. Luckly, I had printed off the whole contract and after the guard attempted to raech some one from your office, with NO results they let us in. BUT the guard had NO idea where 1014 was and we drove the whole complex searching for 1014. Not easy to find. WE FINALLY got into our condo after midnight. I had called your office and spoke to someone the next morning but never received a call back.
