Our newly remodeled, smoke-free, 1200 square feet duplex has 2 bedrooms: queensize in one bedroom and single in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full baths, living room with wood fireplace and queensize sleeper sofa,dining/sitting area, kitchen with dining area, large private backyard.TV/DVD/VCR/Cable/movie channels in TV cabinet.Kitchen area has a large oak table and 6 chairs,complete with full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Ceramic tile throughout.

Fountain Hills is situated on the eastern slope of the McDowell Mountains about 500 feet in elevation above Phoenix. This majestic range naturally separates the community from Scottsdale and the rest of metro Phoenix. And though it seems like another world, it is just a short 25 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
