  Our family took a vacation to visit Lake Havasu and luckily you can see the lake from the house because the kids or us didn't want to leave this place. We have stayed at some luxury resorts that don't hold a candle to this place. Everything went very smooth and Melissa did a wonderful job making us feel at ease with all our travel arrangements. Book early this place will fill up fast!!

  Wow, what a home! The owners have done a spetacular job with this home. We had a blast here with our children and grandchildren. The layout is perfect, lots of privacy in both the layout of the house and the beautiful yard and spetacular pool. We will be reserving several times again next summer and thank the owners for sharing their home with us.

  Wow. We just had our first experience at Lake Havasu, and stayed at this piece of paradise for a short 3 days. Wish it could have been longer! It was everything we could have expected. We were a family reunion of 4 families, and felt completely comfortable, and had plenty of space. The swimming pool is every child's (or adult) dream pool! It is HUGE and so much fun! The swim-up bar and incredible surround-sound stereo gave a great resort feel! I don't know what else to say - this place is SWEET! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Melissa - you have an exceptional vacation home. Thank you so much for sharing it!

  Wow! That's what you'll say when you walk in the front door. This home is beautifully appointed. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. And then you walk outside!! Let's just say our kids "freaked out" when they saw the resort style swimming pool and pool house. Suddenly taking the boat out on the lake became secondary to just hanging out at the house, sliding down the water slide and swinging on the rope swing. Plus, this is a "smart house". You won't believe all the things this house can control!! We're reserving our week for next year already! Melissa was very helpful and our stay was wonderful. Can't wait to return.

  This home was unbelieveable, from the moment i walked in the front gate i was amazed. It was spacious, everything was very comfortable, and had everything you would ever need and then some. Now the pool was just rediculous, Ive never seen anything that compare to this pool, with the slide, rope swing, and also haveing a outside kitchen where we all sat and watched a NBA finals game while in the pool and having a couple drinks. It was so relaxing and a great get away. Melissa was very responsive and helpful and we all thank her for letting us rent her beautiful home and we hope to do the same again next year.

  We brought our entire family here for a week. Words can't describe the incredible time we had. This home creates an atmosphere that makes everything we did fun. From breakfast on the raised gazebo overlooking the lake, to ping-pong and pool tournaments, to grilling on the gourmet grill, to watching movies on the huge TV, to cooking in the well equiped kitchen, it was all so much fun. The pool with the swim-up bar is nicer than most resort pools we've been to. The owner is so responsive to any questions that it put us at ease immediately. We will definitely be back to this place.   If you want an absolutely gorgeous home to vacation to, this is it! We knew this vacation home was going to be perfect and beautiful just from viewing the photos online, but when we arrived we were amazed that it was even more beautiful then we had imagined. Our group was a mixture of Adults and kids in 3 different families and we all felt like we were at Disneyland here! This is a home in which the owners have put thought and attention into every room in making it the best it can be. From every bathroom having a beautiful walk-in stone decor and multi head shower systems, to the entertainment of a pool table, ping pong, large flat screen's every where you look, surround sound inside and out, and the beautiful chefs kitchen & appliances, the house is full of amenities. The owners made this a home away from home for everyone to enjoy. The best for last, THE POOL. Ok, I don't even know where to start to describe this pool. It is unreal how beautiful, and simply amazing this pool is. The kids and adults equally enjoyed the pool with the super fun slide and romantic hideaway grotto spa. This pool is to perfect to describe because any word would be an understatement. This is THE ideal entertaining backyard and home, everyday you feel like you are at your own private resort!

  We just returned from Havasu this weekend and I have to say this is the best house we have ever rented. Everything in the home is spectacular from the great room to the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Not only that it has a first class pool. You will not be disappointed. Whenever we go to Havasu this home will the top on our list to call.

  This home had everything and more!!! It was worth every penny, and I would definitely recommend this house to everyone I know! From the fully equipped kitchen, surround sound through the entire property, to the amazing pool and backyard this was one trip we will never forget. You have set the bar so high for any future stays!!! The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. The only sad part about the stay was having to leAve.

  House is amazing. The yard/pool area is nicer then most 4/5 star resorts. Pictures don't do the place justice. Great for large family or multiple families. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definately stay here again!! The owner is great to work with!! Thanks again Melissa!!
